Community Pool! 12 Minutes to Beach & Downtown Charleston. Comfortable Family-Friendly Townhome.

The stay was perfect! Bathrooms for every room!! Clean! Great location! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time visiting the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area. Heron's Haven was close to everything we wanted to see. The home was comfy cozy and clean.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Herons Haven . The unit is located right next to the pool . The surrounding area has so many options of great restaurants. We traveled back and forth to downtown daily to help move our daughter into college and it was an easy 12 min drive. Much better option than staying downtown. We only wish we would have known about the amazing Italian restaurant within walking distance which will be a MUST on our next visit there . Can’t wait to return!

We arrived and saw an AC truck out front. The manager said they would be finishing up. No problem. We walked into a steamy home. Think Charleston heat in the summer. We contacted the manager and he said it would be finished shortly. Left for a few hours. Came back and it was no cooler. The thermostat screen was blank. Nothing worked at all. Manager says they would contact the AC company. He said portable AC units were a plan B.At dinner I received a text offering me 50% off or a refund of the day rate. He says the AC needed a part. He said portable AC were NOT available that night as previously mentioned. We could not stay. We had to scramble to find a hotel. We also discovered that the refrigerator wasn’t cooled properly. All the food that was very cold was now Luke warm and had to be thrown out. I asked for a further reduction since I had paid huge host and service fees. He refused.We went back the next day to find no AC service being done and the house was just as warm. We contacted VRBO as well. Not helpful. We asked for a full refund. Had to scramble to find a hotel. Actually had to book two different hotels to cover our stay. The manager was vague in his replies. He finally said we would be given a full refund although I have to wait 14 business days. Left hoping that we get the refund.This is not okay. He knew it wasn’t working when we arrived. Effort to fix was minimal. Just a refund of the daily rate. Be aware!!

We were in Charleston for our grandsons baseball tournament at the “ Shipyard” baseball facility. This townhouse was perfect for our trip. The location was great and it provided everything we needed as far as accommodations were concerned. It was very clean, roomy, and well stocked. The pool was a great addition also. The staff was so attentive to detail and greatly appreciated . We would definitely stay at Herons Haven again.

Place was clean and for comfortable for all us. The only issue was the two upstairs tv’s we could not get anything to watch.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful and comfortable home. The location was absolutely perfect, only 8 minutes to the USS Yorktown, to witness our grandson's Naval qualifying ceremony from nuclear power school. He was able to stay with us as well as our daughter and husband. We enjoyed nearby restraunts, LoLa's and several Shem Creek eateries. So near toPublix and Charleston. It's a gem! You thought of everything! Beds were just as beautiful as they were comfortable and we loved the little front deck. We will remember this trip and refer you to other Naval families.. Thank you so much.

It was great for the reunion. Very neat place, great area and very easy access to all the attractions in S/C.

I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Steven and Sarah of being such beautiful host. My family and I enjoy the house. It gives a beach house feeling. My daughter wish she could visit the pool but due to the weather I will make it another time LOL. My family was an hour away which is fine. But the outlets, restaurants, Walmart, etc everything you need it's less than 20 min away. The area is very quiet and parking is available. From the time I travel from NJ to SC, Steven was there for me anytime I need him day or night. Thanks for always being there for my stay in SC. We enjoyed the location and how peaceful our surroundings were. It was convenient to get to everything.

I don’t know, maybe this … The house was in good condition and is in a nice location. We like having access to the pool next door, and the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. While the general rule of having six as maximum capacity is somewhat reasonable, the policy should also be relaxed enough to where a few visitors are allowed at times throughout the day.

House was amazing. Great location to all areas we were visiting. Beds were comfortable.

The house was clean and the 3 full bathrooms were a huge help when getting ready. Location was great, right between the Charleston and Sullivan Island. Both quick trips away. The host were great and made contact and were accessible easily by text. The pool was a disappointment, but to many other things outweighed it's downside.

We loved the location, you just cannot beat it and the pool is right next to this unit. They could replace the carpet upstairs, but the beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing . Great to have 3 full baths in this unit with a bunch of girls. Great little gem!

We had such a wonderful time! Absolutely perfect! Loved the place- it was so amazing! Kitchen stocked with everything we needed, each bedroom with its own bathroom was such a plus also! We 100% plan to come back! The pool was literally right outside the door. And the location was so convenient to everything we needed! Thank you for sharing your place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mount Pleasant. House was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Convenient location and very close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The house was ideally located to visit Charleston and the surrounding area. We are 3 older women and like our own bedroom and bath. This fit the bill perfectly. The complimentary bottle of wine was great and we enjoyed it! The only problem was the first bedroom at the top of the stairs needs a new mattress - my friend sunk down in it.
