Comfortable Escape in Historic Downtown Savannah

We had a great stay! Place was perfect for two couples traveling together. Loved relaxing in the front porch. Neighborhood and location were great - easy to venture out on foot and explore!

The place was beautiful and a short walk (3 block) to Foresyth Park. Two comfortable bedrooms and was nice having the private rooms and a shared community space (living room and laundry) for our middle leg of our trip.

Only issue was the pillows - just a personal preference

This house was very relaxing for my parents and ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in. The owner was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions always making this stay enjoyable. We will definitely visit Savannah again and stay at this home. It was in a great location as well.

This place is downright palatial! First, it looks just amazing. Like out of a magazine style nice. The photos don't really capture it. High ceilings, great design.Functionally, it was rock solid. Fast wifi, great dishwasher and garbage disposal, great laundry system. Easily one of the nicest VRBO places I've stayed at.Finally, the location was great. Easy walk to park, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

Very clean and beautiful. There wasn’t much coffee in the canister, so we had to run to corner to purchase some. Also, no soaps in the bathroom in the back of the house. It would be nice if they had dispensers as they do in the other bathroom. Other than that, everything was wonderful. David promptly responded to all of our questions.

This house was absolutely beautiful! Idyllic Savannah! But the overall experience was not what was advertised. The backyard was under construction while we were there, therefore we didn’t get to use it at all, and the construction crew was working both in the backyard and in the upstairs unit at all hours of the day, which was noisy at times and there was dust and boxes everywhere. We were offered a slight discount for the inconvenience, but it was never actually delivered.

Loved the place! Everything was as described. The location was great for our conference.

The host for this property is very welcoming. They provided excellent communication prior to our arrival. The property itself is very comfortable and conveniently located. The beds were fabulous and provided a great night's sleep. It was a little tricky finding the entrance to the parking area behind the house, but not overly so. It would have been easier to park on the street in front, but we were there on street cleaning night so we couldn't do that. We would stay here again if/when we go to Savannah again. My only 'nit' is that I wish the windows in the big bathroom had curtains or shades to cover them. Yes, the glass was frosted, but I could see out (not clearly, but enough) and I wasn't comfortable being in there thinking someone might be able to see more than I wanted to share. Other than that minor thing, this is a great place. Very comfortable for 4 adults.

The house is pretty and very well situated

This was a last minute booking and the host could not have been more gracious and helpful. We appreciate the communication, the explicit instructions, the layout, the location, and the comfort of the beds as well as the beautiful and well appointed accommodation. The restoration and renovation of the property is gorgeous.

I can't give this place enough stars. Really cute apartment with the total Savannah feel. The kitchen had everything needed to cook (spices included), comfortable beds and pillows, enough towels for the entire stay, plus the Kroger and coffee shop just steps away was icing on the cake. It's not located in all the action but it is just a short walk away.

What an excellent place to stay. So enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and watch the world go by. Neighbors were friendly. Very well appointed, all new appliance's, decorated so pretty. Close to everything. Totally recommend!!!

Enjoyed our stay. We needed extra sheets , and the response was immediate, and we got the sheets and pillows within the hour. Very nice and responsive. Also, there is a darling coffee and bakery shop on the corner, three houses away. So very nice and the coffee and pastries were excellent. Happy with everything.

This place was fantastic! Excellent location, off street parking and so much space! We’ll be back.

We took a family trip to Savannah and stayed at this lovely home. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was exactly as posted.

Nice and relaxing.

This was a great location in a historic property. It was well appointed, even with a high chair and a Pack and Play for our infant grandson. We just wish we had booked for additional nights to explore the city. Area is very safe and walkable. Kroger and Starbucks next block over. Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed the house in Savannah. The location was close to the Park and you could walk to River Street if you wanted some exercise! The front porch was lovely to sit out on with your morning coffee which you could get from the corner coffee shop which was very cute. Be aware though that they are closed on Saturday's. The parking pad out back is nice, but small for two cards (it is shared amongst another house). The only real concern was that there was some bugs on the kitchen counter that kept appearing. Not sure what they were. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here. Bathrooms so small you can’t turn around in them, lumpy beds, noisy neighbors and absolutely rude property manager. The location is on the border with where the two turns bad so walking isn’t really safe (it says historic district but it’s as far out as you can get and still be historic) With all the choices in Savannah, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here!
