Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and, Charleston where your vacationing opportunities are endless! All are reachable within 15-30 minutes.

    This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We loved it again! It is a very easy walk to the beach. Right across the street from a dog park and the recreational park. My kids love to go over and play pickle ball and play basketball. Even though you can’t see the ocean, you can still hear it. It’s so soothing and relaxing on the front porch.

    This property was a perfect location. My kids loved being right next to the park. They were able to go over and play basketball and pickle ball. My dogs enjoyed being next to the dog park. It was a great neighborhood to walk around and easy access to the beach. Definitely will book this house again if it is available.

    Property location excellent. One of the few properties on IOP that is not a mansion, so it’s nice for smaller groups. The property was ok. A dated house with updated appliances. AC went out one day and Vacassa was attentive and resolved issue inside 24hrs. Propane cylinders at the grill were empty…. Realized that on July 4th somewhat challenging to replace on the island that day

    We have stayed at this property multiple times now and enjoyed it every time! It is always clean and convenient. The master bed is very comfortable. My only recommendation for updates would be that a few of the pillows are getting flat and could use an update as well as changing the light bulb in the twin room from blue light LED to a soft white bulb. These are very minor and changeable. Possibly consider using more chemical free cleaning options for soaps - we usually bring our own! Overall, LOVE this place and will return!! A favorite for sure!!

    I just had moved from East End of Long Island on November 4rd. to Grovetown GA just outside of Augusta. Myself and my two Cairn terriers (like Toto from Wizard of oz enjoyed a 5 night stay on the Isle of Palms. The house was perfect for the 3 of us…. Lots of places to walk the doggies. Close to where my sister and her family stayed also on the Isle of Palms. Any communication i Had during my stay with the Property Management team was excellent. The house was clean and included any kitchen item anyone would need. Thank you Robert John H
