Perfect size for our family! Loved that there was a bathroom for all 4 bedrooms. The house was pristine clean. We rented a golf cart which made it quick and easy to get to the beach. Would highly recommend this house!

House and neighborhood was great, proximity to a beach access is a pretty good hike so a golf cart or car is a must for beach days.

That was a plus because we could just walk out the back door and go to the pool. I loved how each room had it's own bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. We did have trouble with the living room tv not working on our last day in the house and the downstairs bedroom TV didn't connect to Wi-Fi provided through the entire stay. I called to see if I could get those fix which they said they'd send someone that day. When we returned in the evening they were not fixed. However, there was a Hurricane coming to the Gulf so they may have been preparing for that. The house is big enough for a family of 12. Spacious and clean for the most part. The rug in the living room had chips on it and the floor. Overall, we loved the house.

Reviewer Comments: For $300 charged as a cleaning fee, one would expect to see a cleaning person come in to replace towels or linens, as needed, and to replenish cleaning supplies. This charge apparently only applies to the single cleaning that occurs prior to taking possession. Otherwise you are on your own and you have to go to the store to get dishwasher and laundry supplies if you require more than two washings. The rooms were in good condition and were clean upon arrival, but the garage doors did not open except by going inside the garage and using the wall mounted opener. No garage door remote and the outside keypad was not functioning. This made parking our three vehicles a bit of a chore each time. The external door deadbolts were also frozen and not functioning upon arrival and only one of the two locks were repaired. The upstairs AC was also not working for the first 24 hours. Kevin the AC repair guy was good and after he was finally notified by management he came over promptly, identified the problem and fixed it. Quiet hours did not discourage after midnight use of the adjacent community pool with yelling by drunken users at 3am that woke us up. No beach access and too far to walk, so going to the beach requires transportation.

Village Walk is a nice, quieter neighborhood, but close enough to the ocean to feel the breeze from the patio or roof top deck. House was very clean, good layout, and comfortable with 10 people. Only challenge was there really isn't a quite place to work. This house is right next to one of the community pools (great if you want to watch your family, but might prefer to be a couple houses away). Communication with Port A Escapes was excellent, with easy check-in/out process. Need to rent a golf cart with this location.

It was a great stay. Clean. The little yard area was nice. Neighborhood was pretty. The house is in a great area.

This house was spacious and clean. Great location, I walked my dog to beach a few times in 14 minutes. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and bath towels provided as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. Bathrooms stocked with hand soap and shampoo, plus body wash. My mom was unhappy with the fact that there was no dustpan, but she made due with a torn paper plate, lol. Loved the layout. With a master room and bathroom on the first floor, along with kitchen and living room, my elderly parents, dad who can't do stairs, did great! We loved all the tv's in all of the rooms. True that internet is slow, but still manageable. Kitchen well stocked, minus no salt and pepper or spices. Would love to come back again! Beds and pillows were to our liking! No noise issues with the pool being next door. Thank you!
