Columbia Square Restoration: Parking Spot & Courtyard

Great place

This house is amazing! The location is excellent, just steps from Columbia Square. We walked everywhere, but there is a parking spot on the side of the house that fit our rented Chevy Traverse. Also, there is a trolley stop just on the other side of Columbia Square where you can catch the hop-on/hop-off trolley, and tour buses even do pick-ups there.Now let’s talk about the house itself. It’s a delightful mix of original features and modern amenities with a great floor plan. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was a huge perk. And the bathrooms are full of thoughtful features…a plethora of shelf space in the showers, drawers in all the vanities to store your toiletries, plenty of linens, enough hooks to hang all your towels to dry, etc. I was super-impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped with any tool/dish/pot you could ever need. There was plenty of ice in the freezer and a ton of storage space in the fridge. There’s also a traditional drip-style coffee maker and a French press. The garden space behind the house was lovely. We didn’t spend much time there because it was hot, but I imagine it would be wonderful in the spring/fall/winter.The check-out process was the easiest I have ever experienced. And the host was very responsive to all my random questions. We never needed any help during our stay because everything was covered.I highly recommend this house. If I ever return to Savannah, I’d love to stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is perfect for walking to local attractions and restaurants, without all the street noise. The area was very laidback, quiet and we even got to meet the neighbor who was incredibly friendly. Having off street parking was a bonus, we could see our car from our back porch. The house itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed our mornings in the dinette area taking in the view or on the back patio by the fountain as we eased into the day. The beds were super comfortable and everything was incredibly clean I and neat. The checkout process was the easiest of any stay we have had at a property. We would definitely stay here again if we journey back to beautiful Savannah!

Excellent location for walking historical area, shops, restaurants and public squares. House was nicely decorated with quality linens and towels plus very quiet despite being in a busy neighborhood. Enjoyed the back patio and water feature everyday. Highly recommend this property!

Parking spot was a nice feature. We loved the home. We would stay again. Location was perfect for walking everywhere you needed. Grocery store conveniently located a short car ride away. Outside area was cute, luckily we had really warm weather and could enjoy the outside area. We had friends come visit for one day at the end of our vacation and parking was available right outside the home. Great place to stay in Savannah! Thanks for sharing your home with us at Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of this home is unbeatable! Within walking distance to anything you want. Had a wonderful time yet again, this is our second time staying here and we intend to make this our regular spot. Everything you need to make you visit perfect. The historic charm of the house really feels like you’re staying in a museum

Fantastic location—Took a couple of Grey Line tours, which had a stop less than a block away. Able to walk to restaurants, historic sites, and shops throughout the historic area of the city. Very responsive owners when we had a plumbing issue ,

The location of the property was great. Trolley stop was just across the street. Walking distance to everything. Really appreciated the private parking spot.

Very nice clean and spacious. Great location. Only 2 minor issues. The house has a prevalent mildew smell. And could not figure out how to work the TV in the master bedroom. The downstairs TV worked fine. Would still highly recommend this place.

We were immediately overcome with excitement when we walked in this historic home. It felt like we were staying inside a museum. The beds are comfortable and the home was inviting and warm. We are already planning our next visit to this same home. The location is perfect! It’s within walking distance from anywhere you’d want to go.

It is a wonderful property! I will say—at our last VRBO in Savannah, there were Keurig pods for the coffee maker. And there was laundry detergent at the other home. It was a nice perk!

Convenient, clean and Historical

located in a quiet area of town. Fully stocked kitchen. Krogers is a 10 min drive for food. River front for shopping is a 10 min walk. Nice stay

The property was just as listed. Clean, well appointed, and in the heart of the Historic district. The parking spot was a major plus, as we had driven in from Florida. We were close to everything, including a bus stop for the Hop on-Hop off tourist bus.Beds were comfortable, AC ran cold, plenty of fans (in case it was extra warm) and a Keurig (not shown in the pictures).We would definitely stay again and thanks to Mary for making us feel welcome.

The house is absolutely stunning. It was clean and comfortable for a group of six to stay. It is also in easy walking distances to so many nearby attractions. The kitchen is also really nicely stocked.

This property was perfect!! It was in a quiet area of town, and the house was beautiful! The kitchen seating area was absolutely the best way to start the day with big windows and a cup of coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable, and there was nothing we lacked. The back patio with fountain was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Our girls trip had a fabulous time. The location was perfect for walking. The house was very clean and it was a great house to spread out in. The courtyard was was a bonus to spend time in.

I came east to visit with family and friends and celebrate my brother's 70th Bday who lives in Savannah. The property was perfect-centrally located and roomy enough for the 5 of us. I appreciated the homey touches and the art and antiques made it that much more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Columbia Square Restoration, 138 Habersham Street. The rental was very nice and clean, and we enjoyed all areas but really liked sitting outdoors in the morning with coffee and reminiscing about the day. The home was in a nice neighborhood and easy to walk to many historic houses and art museums. We did lose our electricity one day, and Vrbo moved us to a new location for the night. The next day we moved back to the Habersham house. Apparently, the power bill had not been paid by the property’s owner. I would give a high recommendation for the rental if it weren’t for the power loss of 24 hours. Rick C.

This place was perfect location for walking all around - taking in the sights- history- river walk- dining and cocktails and so much more!! Hostess Manager Mary was awesome and responded to all of our needs and questions promptly! Great property!!
