Welcome to Coffey Lane. This welcoming wine country getaway is located in the charming town of Newberg, within walking distance to the Allison Inn and university. Newly updated with full gym & all the amenities necessary to make you feel right at home. Relax in the private, fenced in backyard that has been lovingly landscaped. Grill and enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck or simply relax with a book. All while in the heart of the Willamette Valley, enjoying all that wine country has tooffer.

This home has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 full), 2 full bathrooms, newly renovated kitchen, living room with cozy electric fireplace and large sliding glass doors leading to the deck. The spacious primary suite also has sliding doors that lead to the deck.

Two of the bedrooms have dedicated work spaces, with sit/stand desks and Herman Miller work chairs.

The garage gym has a new NordicTrack treadmill with a large screen iFit subscription for interactive works outs. Gym also includes expansive free weight set including bench press, dumb bells and new cable pulley machine.

The backyard has a large deck and grill, and several sitting areas. Newly landscaped with over 50 hedges and fully fenced in, giving you a spacious, private oasis in which to relax.

Guests have access to the full house, garage gym, laundry, 2 car driveway and fenced in, private backyard.

It’s a five-minute drive to the downtown restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. Walk to Jory Restaurant, The Allison Inn and Spa, Rain Dance Vineyards, Starbucks, Mod Pizza and others in minutes. And best of all, you are right in the heart of the Willamette Valley with literally hundreds of vineyards at your doorstep. We are 30 miles to Portland, 60 miles to the Oregon coast and 70 miles to Mt. Hood. So much to explore!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newberg on Coffey Lane. The home was lovely…so comfortable and welcoming. It was perfectly located, enabling us to visit numerous wineries as well as taking a day trip to the Pacific Coast. The neighborhood is quiet and the home has a beautifully landscaped backyard. There was enough room for us to spread out and relax after our busy days. The host reached out before our trip verifying our stay and offering winery and restaurant suggestions…so helpful when visiting a new place. This is a beautiful house with modern decor, artistically landscaped garden and is fully stocked. Very unique to have access to a fully equipped gym! We liked this location for being close to wineries and cute downtown Newberg. Thanks!

I normally don't write reviews but this property and host were exceptional! The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet and close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There were so many thoughtful details such as white noise machines in the bedrooms, a water filter in the fridge, two work stations with monitors, extra blankets, the list is endless! The living room was very comfortable, and the fitness equipment in the garage was so convenient! The landscaping in the back was also very beautiful! Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.
