Nice home with something for everyone! Sam is an excellent host and the Newburg area has a lot to offer! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, comfortable (double) patio to enjoy the Oregon climate!

Our host was very responsive in all communication. The entire process was easy and the home was very comfortable. All amenities were available and it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Sam’s home! We got married less than minutes away, so it was a perfect space for my (now) husband and I to stay with some of our wedding party. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of extra linens and towels. The digital guestbook he provides is so unique and helpful and we love that all light switches were labeled! The games in the garage were so much fun. We just wish we came during a better weather weekend so we could have enjoyed the backyard.

Great location. Quiet. Easy to get to. Inside had everything we needed. Great to have dual climate control! Lots of communication from host in case we needed anything.Only things not clear in the listing: BBQ is Charcoal - bring your own. And Fire Pit is wood (I read this in another review) - bring your own.

Great spot for family getaway with our grandsons! They love the garage game room and we loved the comfort of the air conditioning in the house.

This place is great. Everything is clean and neat. The location is easy to get to and quiet. The owners are very helpful and attentive. We could not find the cord to the pancke griddle and they used instacart and had one delivered that night so we could use it the next morning.

We needed a space for the 7 of us for a special weekend with extended family.This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. And we loved the amenities, games, and amazing outdoor setting.

Great property and space. We enjoyed our time there and had the room to make my daughter's wedding cake and for all of our family to stay all in one place. There’s also lots of space outside for sitting around and visiting. It was only 3 blocks away from my daughter who was getting married.

Sam was terrific. House is great. Lots of wonderful areas to hang together or private time.Note: “everything included” is definitely not true. Your VRBO charges will grow!

This was our 2nd stay at the House. It was just as expected/ perfect for our families. The garage game room is awesome. Wineries are all around but unfortunately we were tied up with kids softball. A couple of us went for runs in the morning and loved going through the George fox campus area . Our kids want to book again next year for the same softball tourney so it’s a Win win house!!

We rented this home for our son's graduation from George Fox University. There were a total of 6 adults; we all had enough space. It is a fun home with a lot of different options for play within the the home. As for entertaining; many different areas to visit and enjoy meals together. It is also an easy walk to the university and/or town. I would highly recommend staying here:)

Really beautiful house with awesome game room and lovely backyard.

My family had a delightful stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable, games were fun. Great toys and games for the toddlers and older kids. Host was very responsive and a great communicator. Unfortunately there seems to be marijuana growing nearby. The smell was unpleasant when outside. The neighborhood was quiet and safe though. We would stay there again.

Very attentive host!

This property was perfect for our George Fox family weekend. The home is close to the school and close to the quaint downtown! (We enjoyed fresh waffle cones at Chapters Bookstore -highly recommend!) The home has plenty of space to spread out and our 18month old granddaughter enjoyed the toys and games available to her! The grown ups enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and the many outdoor games provided! The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the great communication with our host Sam! Will definitely stay here again!

The place was as pictured and clean. There was excellent communication with the host. House instructions were very detailed and easy to understand. House was in a perfect location to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and very well organized. We only had my husband and I and our dog but there is more than enough space for a larger family. The host was very accommodating and answered texts promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
