Coastal-themed beachfront home with water views, grill, & beach access

Beautiful house & fantastic location!

The house has a great view of the beech and the patios are great for relaxing in the sunshine. The beds are comfortable. The property made for a pretty easy commute to Disneyland and sitting on the patio at the end of the long days was terrific. The elevator made access for our parents much easier as well.

Peaceful and memorable. Beautiful property that was perfect for our family. Home was really well appointed and comfortable. We will stay again.

We loved everything about Gull Cottage, the proximity to the beach, amazing ocean views, beautiful nautical themed decor. Ample space for families and great parking space were a plus. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning!

View was nice outside from balcony. Not great from inside. Blinds downstairs didn’t work so it was dark on lower level. TV didn’t work in bedroom. Bathroom (white) rug was dirty.

Gull Cottage was simultaneously luxurious and comfortable; very easy to live in, organized, with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. From the open air living room to the simply gorgeous main bedroom and bath to the rooftop deck, there are places for everyone to lounge, rejuvenate, and have fun. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishware. Furniture is comfortable with plentiful seating. Beds were incredible, I slept in the main bedroom and was thoroughly impressed. Touches like electric fireplaces in the downstairs sitting room and main bedroom created a cozy and relaxed ambiance. The main bathroom is breath taking, with an insane amount of space. The jacuzzi tub is fabulous with plenty of hot water. The owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and more. Beach access is perfect, with a very quiet, uncrowded space against the jetty. Overall I would highly recommend Gull Cottage. It’s quiet, gorgeous, and extremely livable. Bonus feature is the garage parking included!

Nicely decorated beach house.

The home is in a great location, just steps from the sand. The beach itself was really quiet, clean, and nice. There were some beach chairs and gear available at the house which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable. It was an easy walk or quick drive to the places we wanted to go. The house felt high-end and we really enjoyed the layout. My parents stayed downstairs and even had their own private bathroom and cozy living area to relax in while my family took the two rooms upstairs. It was nice to then all join in the main living area upstairs to eat together, play games, and hangout but be able to retreat back to our own spaces and have some privacy during our stay. The primary suite is impressive - we felt like royalty! The rooftop deck was an added bonus. Overall, we'd love to come back. We certainly enjoyed our time there and were sad to leave.

The nautical decor throughout the house enhanced the mood of living on the beach as well as listening to the rhythm of the ocean waves. It was very relaxing to sit on the top deck or second level patio and watch the pelicans, seabirds and people go about their day. It’s a great place to getaway, relax and reconnect with family. The location is perfect as you are in a quiet spot on the boardwalk but within walking distance to the green belt or Old Town where all the tourists and locals hang out.

Great Location!

We were in town for a memorial so our stay was short. The house was lovely, views were calming and I kept thinking this house would be great to spend a week in.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday. The house had everything we needed, plus even more. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property.

Great location, beautiful view! The perfect beach vacation.

This property had all the amenities needed to feel the comforts of being at home. The kitchen was complete with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, flatware, bakeware, most everything you could need. The garage is enormous and so convenient to have on property parking. The neighbors were quiet. The rooftop deck had a natural gas bbq with incredible views. The house is light and airy with plenty of windows, natural light and the nautical theme. The white furniture was lovely, but could be a bit stressful (it was all fine). Full size washer and dryer made was also helpful to our one week stay. There is a television in every bedroom, both family rooms and one in the entry sitting area. The property managers were quick with replies.

Amazing from top to bottom! Perfect spot on the sand for me, wife, son, mom, and in-laws. Yes, 3 grandparents and my teen boy joined the wife and I on our 2nd annual weekend attending the Seal Beach Christmas parade. Beautiful, fun house that I will definitely book again.

Great space and location. It did everything we needed.

Rental was in a great location. Place was well maintained and equipped for everyone staying. Very spacious and the view was great. Pictures don’t do this place justice; you have to stay to believe.

Property was as advertised. A lot of room for a family of five or more. Right on the beach wiht great views. Nice little town nearby with a small main street. Quiet suburban location. The unit is very modern and has all the amenities you need. Was very pleased with the property and would rent again if ever out in LA.
