Great cottage near the beach with wonderful hosts

The property was very neat and clean. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions that i had in a timely manner. Overall had a great time there and would definitely stay there again!

This was a super cute cottage close to the beach, marina, main street and shopping on second street. The owners were super friendly and informative. The area has a quiet residential feel that is close to things to do, but also quiet enough to be a real get-away.

Seal Beach is truly a hidden gem! And Pineapple Cottage is an amazing place to stay! So welcoming! Meticulously maintained and charming, very thoughtfully decorated! The hosts were gracious and attentive and clearly care about the property and their guests, offering suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the LA area!

We had a wonderful stay in Seal Beach and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The host was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Communication was excellent—the host was always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our stay comfortable truly stood out. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended

Walking into the cottage was like walking into a beloved space with touches of Hawaii in each room. Spotless. Beautiful vintage furniture, personal glimpses of lives well lived. The Beach was so accessible as was the quaint downtown shopping and dining area. Seemed to be a popular area, well policed and safe. All you need is within walking distance and when your only daughter is just 2 blocks away with her family in another cottage it doesn’t get much better. Our host is precious and nearby and so helpful….I use the word “is” because we hope to return soon. You will be pleased

This is a charming cottage just as advertised — we walked to the Seal Beach pier, steps away from the ocean, and also walkable to everything in terms of shops, restaurant, and the morning coffee fix. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, and they’ve curated a beautiful home. We were very comfortable.

We had the best time at Pineapple Cottage. It had everything we needed, was walking distance to shopping and dining, and the hosts, Elena and Kye, made us feel so welcome! They welcomed us with all the info needed to experience the area. We will be back!

The in-person/personable introduction, the ease of entry and everything you could need for a beach vacation was there for use. Little surprises await and I recommend to anyone who wants to be steps from the beach.

Kye and Elena are amazing hosts. The pride they take in their property made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The Pinapple Cottage was the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in…ever. The amenities are perfect - sand chairs, boogie boards etc. Kye provided recommendations for restaurants and helped us map out our agenda. We plan on returning next year.

Had a great stay here with my son and his girlfriend. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in this cozy cottage. Perfect location just steps from a very nice clean beach. Would definitely stay again.

As a family of four (2 adults and 2 under the age of four) we thought this place suitted us well for our 5 day stay. It was a small space but we were totally fine. Hardest part was having the youngest sleep in the living room when I tried to get things during her naps and early rest.Location is great! We walked to the beach every day. Easy drive to Knotts Berry Farm! The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They definitely want to make sure everyone enjoys their stay in Seal Beach!

Loved this cozy little cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. I especially loved the deck on the roof, it was the perfect spot for morning meditations. It was so nice to come home to at the end of a long day of concerts.

We loved our stay at the Pineapple Cottage. Very relaxing. Great location. So close to the beach and all the eateries and shops on Main Street. The cottage came equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs and beach towels, to everything needed to cook up a nice meal in the kitchen.

All we could have asked for in a home. Cozy, comfy, clean, close to the beach, close to Main Street. We definitely will try and stay here again, hopefully for a longer vacation.

We don’t have enough good things to say. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to Main Street. Stores were close. Make sure you go to The Beach House for brunch. It was just steps to the ocean. Checkin/checkout were flawless. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Elena and Kye are excellent hosts and make sure you feel welcome. Highly recommend and we’ll visit again.

Staying at the pineapple cottage was an absolute wonderful experience! The owners of the cottage were always accessible and communication was superb! Starting from a few days out, they communicated with us on how to easily check in and procedures for our stay. Super friendly and hospitable! The cottage itself was perfect for our small family. We were only there for a few days for my son‘s baseball tournament But we wanted to enjoy the surrounding area since I grew up there. The cottage is literally 20 feet from the sand. You can jump on the boardwalk and walk up to Main Street in less than 10 minutes. Main Street has all of the things that you’ll need, great restaurants, great shopping! Disneyland is a short 20 minute drive, Queen Mary is about 20 minutes away, several other options available. Huntington Beach and Sunset Beach are all a less than 20 minute drive as well! Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come back next year! Thank you so much for such a charming and quaint place for our trip!

The cottage was charming and comfortable, and a half block to the sand. In the evenings, a huge and cozy fireplace filled the living room with warmth and ambience. We would have loved to have stayed there for two months but had to suffice with two weeks. A great home away from home, and the hosts were incredible!

Once inside this clean and cozy space, it was like we stepped back to another time - the 30s or 40s. I kept hoping to see Benny Goodman, Bing Crosby or maybe Frank Sinatra walk by and say hello. This is a lovely little cottage with its centerpiece fireplace perfect for two visiting a splendid part of California with great food, shopping, and the sea nearby. The hosts of Pineapple cottage were great. They communicated very effectively and met us at the rental to explain the details of our stay. The cottage is a block from lovely Seal Beach. It is decorated in a beach/pineapple theme that totally matches the location. This is a great place to stay.

Such a cute place to stay for the week and close to the pier and great restaurants/shops. We walked everywhere and kids loved the beach. Seal Beach is a great location. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Also close to Disney which was a plus! Definitely recommend to others!

Our stay at the Pineapple property was so lovely, relaxing and top-notch! Everything was up to date, furniture and bed very comfortable, kitchen well-appointed.
