This house was great ! The communication with the host wee super helpful and she was available for any questions . The location and the cleanliness of the home made our girls trio easy and memorable . You are close to things to do with the beach almost being out your front door . We were able to walk down town after a days of traveling and able to enjoy the beach with out going far . You are close to seal beach she also to the busier tourist locations in Newport and Huntington Beach as well as only 30 minutes from Disney . I would hugely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The location of this place is amazing. So close to a beautiful beach. The check in process was so easy. The host was very kind and hospitable. The house is well stocked and very big. Our family it 5 had more than enough room. Plenty of towels and linens. It was a great stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location about 4 blocks to city center. Great hangout space downstairs, but plenty of room if you wanna be by yourself. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans.

Both inside the house and outside in the awesome back yard. The neighborhood is awesome. Very walkable. Close to the beach. Very relaxing. We’d definitely stay again and again!

The house was amazing and made the Seal Beach trip even better. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming feel the moment we arrived. The location was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the beach and everything nearby. Inside, the home had plenty of space to relax, well-kept furnishings, and everything needed for a great stay. It felt like the perfect beach getaway—peaceful, convenient, and ideal for enjoying time with family and friends. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great directions, easy check in and check out. Fabulous location with parking the house was perfectly set for six people.

This Wonderful vacation home is clean, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located with a very short walk to the beach, pier and Main Street. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We love the full kitchen and comfortable family room. The backyard is such a bonus! Having 3 full bathrooms and a washer dryer is also very helpful. We have stayed here previously and will definitely be back. The owner makes check in and out a breeze.

Our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless and unusually well appointed with excellent bedding, towels and far more kitchen supplies than our group of six could have asked for. The location can’t be beat with easy walks to the beach and Main Street. Probably our best rental ever.

This house was perfect. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful and accommodating. We were in the area for the birth of our grandson and we had a fabulous time. Nice outdoor area w a fire pit for when the weather is nice. There is garage parking which was another convenience.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. House was well situated by the beach, clean, and well equipped.

We had a great stay at this cute house. There were 6 adults, and we were all very comfortable. We had great communication with the host. The house was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The weather was amazing during out stay so we took advantage of the back porch. Great stay, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for great memories!

My husband and I love the beach. We’ve stayed at many weekly rentals, but this place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person than the pictures. The home was bright & freshly cleaned. There is plenty of room for 6-8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and roomy enough for more than just 1-2 cooks. We enjoyed having a very convenient 3rd bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Most places this size only have 2 bathrooms.Perfect location. It is really close to the beach, 2-3 minutes. There is a large grocery store walking distance (about a 7-10 min walk.)Having beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for the guests is so much more convenient than having to bring ones from home. Strong WiFi connection.Our hosts made it easy to check in and out. They were friendly and helpful. The house also has a garage space for your car. We will be back!!! Thanks!

Great location - near beach and restaurants, coffee, etc. on Main St. House was comfortable for 5 adults and having a parking spot in the garage was nice. House had a few minor issues - blinds that weren't mounted correctly, a toilet tank that had a minor leak (and therefore ran for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so), dishwasher tray that would not slide in an out easily.

We loved everything about this property! We had 6 adults in our group and the house was perfect! Very comfortable living spaces, beautiful spa-like bathrooms and very comfortable beds! The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed; it had everything we needed. Wonderful, private outdoor space with grills and a gas fire pit. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach and to restaurants and shopping on Main St. Great beach community for walking and bike riding. Short drive to Alamitos Bay for paddle boarding.Our host was very easy to work with and was responsive to our questions. Check-in and out were very easy. This property is a good value for all that it has to offer. I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay there again.

Our stay was awesome! Very easy check in/check out process. The house was very close to the beach and restaurants & shops. Very nice house and so accommodating with everything we needed. It was the gathering place for family dinners! Will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again! It is a very short walk to the beach. We watched the sunset and got great Mexican Food at Taco Surf. It is close to the freeway and great for a family. We had 5 adults and everything was perfect.

Well furnished house. Lovely inside and out. Very comfortable and spacious for our group.

The house is way roomier than the pictures can show. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses of all sorts for all your favorite adult beverages. There are two living rooms. Both very roomy. The backyard was perfect… plenty of seating, pretty string lights, a tire table and the sound of the ocean made everything just right. I stayed with my family. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us to chill together yet roomy enough for everyone to spread out. We plan on coming back again. It was just right. And super clean. And the host provided all of the info we needed in advance and was great with communication. The beach was super close!! It was a very short walk. Like a 3 minute walk, definitely less than 5 minutes. Tip: when lighting the fire table keep the gas low so that the fire doesn’t scare the heck out of you, lol. You do need a lighter to do it. So, turn the gas on low (you can hear it) then Use the lighter in the very center.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat...a short block to the beach...and minutes to Main Street in Seal Beach (restaurants, shops, etc). The house is larger than it looks from the outside. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and for additional family members who came for brunch. It was well stocked. I found the parking a little anxiety-provoking. A space in a garage (tight for 2 cars) and a virtual parking permit, if needed. The managing agent responded to questions within minutes, which was great. We would recommend this property and would rent it, if available, were we to return to the area another time.
