Stayed May 23, 2026Love staying at this home. This has been our 4th visit at this home. We love the pool area and proximity to the beaches. Hostess is always very helpful as well. Thanks for another great family vacay!

Stayed Jul 29, 2025This was our second staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The house is very clean, well stocked with everything you need, and is only a short drive from a number of beaches. We really enjoyed the pool and spa area. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Beautiful house and quiet-safe neighborhood! Loved the pool side beach towels. Large rooms, spacious deck and table/chairs, convenience and location; However…1. hot tub was not hot water. 2. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable due to large dented compressions where people had previously slept. 3. The welcome book talked about extra charges if over 1 load of laundry had to be completed at checkout. Odd because we paid for a three bedroom house w a total of 4 beds thus obviously gonna be over 1 load of laundry. That didn’t not seem to be a fair extra charge; nor was it ever discussed in the booking that I recall. Hidden costs need removed or explained in booking better.4. Bikes had flat tires on all 3 bikes. 5. No ice machine in frig.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024My family and I just returned from an eight day stay at this property. The property was extremely clean, was stocked with everything we needed, and was located in a quiet neighborhood close to several beaches. Angie was absolutely wonderful to work with and quickly answered any questions/concerns that we had. The house was spacious and there was plenty of space outside for everyone to enjoy the lanai area with the pool and spa. If you're looking to hunt for shark teeth, this house is in a perfect location. In less than 15 minutes, you can enjoy Nokomis, Venice, Manasota, and Englewood beaches. We typically visit the Venice area several times per year and this property will be the first one we look for when we book our next trip. Thank you to the property owners and Angie for such a great property!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024The House was amazing inside and out. Location to multiple beaches and restaurants perfect! The house manager was so lovely, she text me with multiple food recommendations. Wish we couldstay longer!
