28 Sand Dollar is a modern retreat located on beautiful Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has every detail you could want for a relaxing vacation. The interior was fully renovated in 2022.

Taking a look inside this home you will find a mix of coastal and contemporary with lots of natural light, high ceilings, comfortable furniture, and luxurious bedrooms. The open floorplan flows from the living room to the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors on the wrap around style porch surrounded by large Oak Trees. Ample space for morning coffee or enjoying family dinner under the trees. There is also a firepit in the backyard and newly added propane BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom on the main level has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heading upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, one with two twin beds, and another with a queen bed. Additional sleeping available with sleeper sofa on main level. Half Bath and an outdoor shower in garage for easy clean up after a day at the beach.

Take a stroll to the beach, about a 8 minute walk or rent bikes using the VayK Life credit provided. Enjoy exploring the scenery and wildlife the low-country has to offer. The Isle of Palms Marina is nearby with waterfront dining, ecotours, fishing, and tons of great views to enjoy with the whole family.

    We had a wonderful stay at this Isle of Palms home. The house is about a 7-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The open floor layout kept everyone together and made it easy to relax and spend quality time as a group. We spent Christmas here, and it truly felt like home. The house was clean, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. WiFi was fine,

    We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our long family weekend! Very well appointed, lovely neighborhood, and very comfortable. The deck built around the live oaks was beautiful. The only issue was the very weak wifi but we used our cell phone hotspots for our devices and to watch TV. We will definitely be back!

    Great house. Plenty of space and wonderful outdoor areas. Would definitely recommend. Only two things need attention. 1) Internet. Need a simple mesh to get signle in kitchen/outside. 2) steak knives.

    What a perfect quiet cul de sac location. All the amenities made for a great adult family of 7 vacation. We always love a great outdoor shower to rinse off and there are many towel hooks around the entire property. The large beach was only a 6 minute walk w/ a boardwalk & safe cross walk. Biked and walked to Island 71 new marina restaurant for amazing sunsets watching the boats. The large deck was great for morning coffees and the new beds were comfy. The many modern bathrooms made it easy for 4 girls to get ready. We had many Wedding weekend events in Charleston and Ubers were readily available at all hours. The grocery (2miles) and Target (4 miles) away were convenient as well as delivery. The beach/bike gear credit was a nice perk, so we didn’t have to pack large gear. We will definitely rent here again!

    This house has a great open floor plan and outdoor firepit and deck with a gas grill. Lots of room to accompany a big family.Fully stocked with kitchen essentials. Located at the end of a street so very quiet no traffic.Nicely decorated. Would recommend this house!
