Lots of room. Beach was very private. Great game room and chess was fun. Having a full kitchen to cook with was very nice and saved us money.

The place was great but the old owner is a super nosey and lives like 100yrds down the drive way. She walked her dog aggressive dog down the the rental and thought I was a worker 2 different days but I had my family and 2 old dogs with us. She also came and put the garbage out at 4am and her dogs was barking like crazy and woke us up at again 4am and the garbage never even got picked up. Multiple days and times we would drive down the driveway and her dog would jump and scratch my door trying to rip off 1 of my dogs heads because my dogs would like to be by the open window and dog was basically sticking his head and snapping jaw up too my window open or shut trying to get to my dogs. 1 of my dogs is 16yrs old and doesn’t need that. That dog of hers named Bruce would stock my truck or the rental looking around for our dogs with its chest puffed out. Besides her and her dog the place was nice and we only found 1 tiny pile of dog poop under 1 of the chairs when we moved it to watch tv. The ad for this place should say great place with crazy

Incredible house, awesome walk to the beach. Best dog friendly place in Long Beach!

Nice place. Big enough for family gatherings. Kitchen is the most stocked I have ever had. We just did not like that we could not take our dogs on the path to the beach. There are sticker plants that are not mentioned in the house description. It's the main reason we chose this house. Sure they offer cute dog boots in various sizes, but it does not work well with a dog who has never been trained to walk in them. We have big trucks and the drive was is super shallow so that was a challenge. Strong dog odor, so I bought some Pooph spray and moved the dog beds out to the game room. Outside firepit was an island due to flooding. Back grass not mowed so picking up dog poo was gross in tall grass. Won't stay again.

Such a beautiful home with plenty of space. Kitchen has absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Super comfortable beds. Extremely clean and fantastic location!! You simply cannot go wrong with this beautiful home!! Truly 5 Star!!

If I could give this 10 stars I would! The house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood and came with everything my family needed for a long weekend in Long Beach. The house is an 8-10 minute walk from the beach down a private path, house was very clean and fresh upon arrival and the owners were an absolute delight to work with. After a long day of playing on the beach and razor clamming, we got to enjoy the fire pits & bbq. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back!

Cozy home that felt loved and cared for

The host was great and very accessible. The house needs some basic maintenance and a deep clean and definitely pet beds etc. left there need to be cleaned or have renters bring their own - too much other dog smells! Also, not obvious at all from the photos provided that this house is quite a walk to the beach and in a mixed neighborhood with some unsightly neighbors.

This was the best house ever. All the comforts of home and much more. The house is so clean. Huge kitchen and dining. 3 living areas Tv room, quiet living room with fire place and huge windows, game room with footsball, darts, stereo. Fenced in area for the pups. She even had doggie boots!! Washer and dryer. Extra boots. The beds have memory foam cover. No tossing and turning all night. Pillows superb!! Blankets all around. Fire pit outside. Large property! Poop mitts for easy pup clean up. We are going to make this our second home on the beach!!!

Best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Nice & clean & even though it’s pet friendly, there is NO smell of pets and No animal hair anywhere! Great for our allergy-prone family.Would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends & family.

I loved the trail to the beach! This is one of my favorite things to do with my dog! We also got to experience the Kite Festival! The beach house was roomy and we had all that we needed. A great place to stay!

Lovely stay. Quiet and relaxing. The host does a fantastic job with communication and their home is very welcoming. We would stay here again.

Pacific Hiway is very busy and drivers behind us were driving up our tailpipe as we tried to see where to turn. The triangle was helpful but the grass needed to be trimmed so we could see the entrance to the drive better. Took 3 tries. Everything about the house and location was wonderful the home was very well equipped, truly above and beyond. We wished the people across the street hadn’t had parties until two in the morning though but we understood. Thank you for sharing your home with us and hope to come back some day.

Good size for group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Close enough to bike to Discovery Trail or into Long Beach. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Neighbor’s decorative lights on fence stayed on throughout the night and master bedroom blinds did not fully cover large windows in bedroom, so bedroom was not satisfactorily dark for sleeping. Also rear fenced yard was very small and could use a little upkeep. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee. Overall, satisfied with stay and would book again.

We had a great time. Enough room for a family of 6. Kitchen is well stocked. Beach is a walkable distance. Close to town. Owners quick to respond!

The beach house is everything we expected and more. A lovely home with all the comforts for families. Such a great location - a short walk to the beach. And what a beach. We appreciated all the personal touches - dog treats, human treats and all the fun toys. Best of all was the peace and quiet and comfort. Communication with the hosts was perfect - they are very generous with their space. Will definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful and very well stocked with more stuff than you’d ever get in a hotel stay! Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and easy to get to town. The only negative is the fact that it’s dog friendly and the tv room smells accordingly. Also the blinds in both bedrooms don’t cover the windows completely, they leave a gap of about 2”. Kinda weird but since there are no close by neighbors I got used to it. Overall it’s definitely worth staying at and we would recommend it as a great choice for any couple or family!

We enjoyed a week long stay at this house.the location is slightly out of town, and we liked the quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to everything we needed.Best feature is the ease of communication with the hosts and their providing everything we needed, plus a lot more. Kitchen is well equipped, with many extras such as a fresh half gallon of milk, many condiments, popcorn, etc.The fenced patio area is a great feature if you’re bringing a dog, as we did.Beds are very comfortable, as are the 2 large living rooms. The one improvement I would suggest is better window coverings in the bedrooms. The blinds let in quite a bit of light, although we adjusted to that.We didn’t get around to using either of the 2firepits, but that (with plenty of firewood) is a nice feature.

The home is very beautiful and cozy. It was just our little family and our dogs. We stayed for four days. We felt like it was truly a retreat away from home. The home is decorated very nicely and has all the little things you can imagine you might need in a home. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was perfect! We will be utilizing this spot again.

Perfect for the teens, the dog and I. Such a quiet spot but all of “town” just a 10min drive. Best kitchen goodies that I have seen at a rental in a long time! We could not get the grill to work - the pilot light would ignite but nothing else? Likely user error - we don’t have a grill at home. Recommended!!!

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights and had such a good time. Home is located in a great spot. Short drive into town and even shorter walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors that waved and chatted with us. All the amenities you could ask for to entertain the adults and kids! Very cozy home and we were never uncomfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and made the process very easy. Highly recommend for a fun beach getaway!

Plenty of room to spread out, relax and do just about anything you want. Sit by a fire, watch tv, play games, go to the beach via the private trail. Stocked kitchen, beach boots, plenty of cozy blankets, beds and bedding. It was perfect.

Another amazing and beautiful stay here. Our favorite and only place we are staying at lately. It's friendly to our service dogs and pets. Great place for them to run on the beach, very convenient private walk to the beach. House is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay to feel home. Ellen was a great host and communication was excellent and prompt. House is very spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and good coffee provided. Comfortable king sized bed in master bedroom. Nice, large shower. Fenced patio is pleasant and was great for our dog. Walk to the beach is lovely. Far enough from the road to not hear any traffic noise and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves.

We had a lovely stay. The stones were generous with their offerings & the house was so very comfortable & delightfully decorated. We were very grateful & thankful.

Amazing, clean and very cozy inviting place. Very friendly for dogs, has dog beds, bowls, fenced yarr. Had big living rooms, game room and extra storage room with clamming/fishing equipment. Tons of rubber boots, rain jackets. House has everything needed for morning coffee, tea. Even flour, oil, sugar, spices. Private path to the beach and nice beach farther away from the main one for dogs to run and enjoy water and beach. Loved everything about this place, will come again and again. This home has everything you could want on vacation. It really feels like your favorite, cool Aunt lives here and you are house sitting for her. ;) Great location, the path to the beach is clear for walkers and is only a 10 minute walk. The drive to town for supplies is less than 10 minutes. The street this house is on is nice and quiet. Thank you to the Stones for such a wonderful stay!

this was a perfect get away for my husband, our 2 dogs and me. the trail to the beach was very peaceful. and the fenced in back patio/yard was perfect for the dogs. we will be back

We enjoyed the home very much! Comfortabke beds, lots of room. Cozy faux fireplace, big comfy couch in tv room, game room, well stocked kitchen and other supplies, nice walk to beach, pet friendly w nice dog beds. Fenced in picnic area w firepit. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Long Beach several times and we have to say that this home is by far the best value we have found. The home is lovely and clean, in a quiet neighborhood with great access to the beach and town. We will definitely be booking this home for future visits to Long Beach
