Coastal comfort & charm! 3BR house with private pool walk to Surfside beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is beautiful and the perfect size for a small/medium size group. The beach access is one block away making carrying chairs, coolers etc. super doable. The house was updated and clean as pictured. I would definitely return!

There's a reason this property has so many positive reviews! The updates and upgrades to the inside of the home as well as the pool area are beautiful.The location is wonderful. We recommend renting a golf cart to get to both Surfside Beach and Garden City Beach for lunch, drinks, shopping, whatever.Dave and Jen were excellent hosts and communication and check-in and check-out with them were all quick and easy. If you're looking to stay in Surfside, I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Dave and Jen, for opening your home to us so we could have such wonderful week with family.

This house is beautifully decorated, has a convenient layout for families, and the private pool was perfect. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and less than 5 minutes from anything you’d like to do in Surfside or Garden City. The host was very good about communicating with us, very friendly, and the check in process was easy.

The house had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the beach. Communication was amazing. Had a really nice family vacation!!!

This was our first time staying in a vacation home instead of a condo, and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing trip.The private pool was a huge hit—we spent a lot of time swimming and lounging without having to worry about crowds. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.Check-in was super easy and stress-free, which helped us start our vacation off on the right foot. We also rented a golf cart, which was a fun and convenient way to get to local restaurants, ice cream shops, and souvenir stores without needing to drive our car.Overall, this place gave us the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We’d definitely stay here again!

Second year returning to ‘Sandy Cheeks’, it’s without a doubt my favorite place to visit, the house has everything you could want, is in a perfect location, close to beach, dining, night entertainment and of course the luxury of a private pool. I can’t say enough good things about Dave and Jen also, from the second we booked they can’t do enough to help and answer any questions.Would recommend 1000%

Exceeded our expectations. So close to the beach but our kids didn't want to leave the pool. The pool seems to be a little bigger than the other properties in the area. You can tell the host really wants guests to enjoy their stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the pool. Communication with the owners was easy and provided great information. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of friends and family had a girls getaway. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great, relaxing time. The availability of beach chairs, pool toys, and bicycles was definitely an added benefit.

This was clean and well maintained. Pool area was beautiful! Short walk to the beach. So many small appliances and kitchen tools/ dishes. Easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. Even the knives were sharp. We would stay here again! Loved the front porch screened in too.

First, the walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. If you’re like us and typically pack your entire house to go out of town with your kids, you don’t need to do that here. Plenty of toys, chairs, beach carts, etc. just bring yourself and your clothes. Close to everything in Surfside and Murrells Inlet. House was spotless. Pool is a great addition in the late afternoon. Great sunrises from the front porch as well. Easy check in and out and David and Jen were beyond helpful and communicative. Great house, great location, great hosts. Can’t recommend enough.

check-in was easy, the house beautiful and exceptionally clean and ready for move in. Dave was great with any questions and very informative. The gang loved it!!

Sandy Cheeks is a great spot to vacation in Surfside Beach. The property owners are incredibly polite and responsive. The house is kept up well and has a private pool, all within about a two block walk to the beach. Terrific place. We'll be back!!
