Close-to-all, yet quiet and relaxing Cape Cod getaway!

We only stayed one night in order to attend a family funeral. The location was perfect, the cottage was perfect, and Amy is a wonderful, empathic host who made a sad time better.

House was clean except for bathroom sink. Beds were ckean and comfortable. Usually can't sleep elsewhere and slept well. Only problem was having the wrong code for the house but would definitely go there again.

The property was well taken care of and the house was a home with anything you needed. The owner thought of everything. Didnt want to leave very relaxing. Will come again, definitely.

This property was a super cute cape cod ranch. It was close to restaurants and other activities. It was very roomy for our family of 6. We loved the back deck and we loved the outdoor shower!! Amy was very attentive and quick to respond.

We had an awesome weekend stay! The house had everything we needed for 4 adults & 1 child. Mini splits were a godsend during the heatwave. The living room was spacious and provided a great play area for my son, bonus that there were plenty of children’s books! Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. 2 toilets & showers came in clutch, who doesn’t love an outdoor shower! Also loved that there was a tub to bathe the little one. Close to the beach, shops, parks, & restaurants. Quiet neighborhood made it a perfect home base for the weekend. Amy provided clear instructions and expectations for her property which made for a smooth check in/out.Minimal negatives that I wouldn’t let discourage you from booking a stay here: -having to wash, dry, fold, & put away towels before leaving, with cape traffic a lot of times like to be up and out but with those extra steps it kept us an extra 1.5hrs.-wish there were more pillows in bedrooms

Lovely home - great kitchen and living room for entertaining!

This home had it all and then some, but the very best was Amy our hostess. She was so helpful with suggestions, patient with my questions, thoughtful, thorough and always available. We hiked, walked, fished, beached, shopped , dined and of course relaxed and there was no better place to come back to at the end of a long day. We have been renting through VRBO for over 15 years and this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end !

The house was super clean and Amy was extremely attentive if we needed anything. We totally enjoyed this day.

Awesome shopping in area. The beach gorgeous!! We all love this home and area. Easy to get lots ofshopping done. The beach is so beautiful. Get a bagel and Cream cheese at Bagels and beyond. Great menu!!!!close to lots of things to do. Cant wait to return.

This vacation rental was lovely! Our family very much enjoyed staying there. The host had everything you would need at the rental to enjoy your vacation. The house was cozy and clean; perfect for cooking and relaxing. There were games, beach chairs, and kayaks in the garage to use at the park/beach right down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming while still being close to many shops and attractions. The house was very easy to get to, check and check out were easy and stress free. This rental was excellent overall! Thanks to the host who thought of everything to make a family vacation easy and enjoyable.

We loved our stay here. Everything was as described, and it was a nice fit for our family of four. It was comfortable with everything we needed. The location was great—near shops, restaurants, beaches, a pond. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The property and everything in it had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning refreshing and the decorations darling. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. The area was quiet and quaint. We loved having the lake close by. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We highly recommend it!

Great house for a family stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a small lake beach, basketball hoops, and playground a short walk away. The house was clean and comfortable. Great backyard for grilling or just hanging out. Garage is full of beach going stuff like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and a bags set. We added a beach sand kids kit to the mix. West Dennis Beach was a great spot just an 8 minute drive away. We did dinner in Hyannis along with watching the boats (travelled with a 2 year old). Grocery store super close for any needs we had. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

We enjoyed our stay here and Amy was excellent at communication and working around times we were coming into Cape to accommodate us!

Quiet calm neighborhood, walking distance to ice cream shop. Easy mid cape location. Exactly as described on listing, would absolutely stay there again.

Amy and Barry’s home is very cozy and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood and centrally located. Amy has thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable. There is lots of information that is very well organized for all there is to do in the area. We’ve stayed multiple times and look forward to returning soon.

We came out to the Cape to visit family for the holiday, and we really appreciated being able to stay so close to them! The house is clean and welcoming--We especially appreciated the artwork!

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures -- no surprises! Easy check in process and no problems at all during our stay. Communication was easy (although barley needed) would stay there again and recommend to others

lots to do in this area and owner has a book full of things to do. It rained very hard here for our three days. But still very much enjoyed ourselves!

The property was nice and cozy. I liked how the one bedroom had a separate sitting room. The home was nicely decorated for a cape cod theme. More outlet plug-in, for cell phones, etc.would be nice. Mattresses were hard. We had instructions to wash, dry, and fold the bath towels before we left that morning. A lot to expect from us before we leaving.
