Stayed Jul 5, 2024Clear Creek Retreat is the perfect getaway. It is an awesome location to multiple hiking routes, dinning options and the grocery store. We loved the hot tub option esp on our long treks in the mountains.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023Overall good experience. This is our second time renting this property. Would have liked to use the hot tub to soak aching muscles after skiing but the previous tenants broke it. For dining we enjoyed happy cookers, mountain mamas, and pho bay.

Stayed Mar 13, 2022Great location next to clear creek. Nicely appointed condo. Recommend calling the upstairs room it’s the place to stay. Lots of good restaurants. Downtown has nice scope. Close to Loveland ski.

Stayed Mar 30, 2026The house is nice and was fine. The listing shows there is a hot tub. When we got there it was empty. When asked the owner stated it was winterized and not available. He said it was stated in the listing. When I originally booked it was not stated that it was not available. He changed it after me asking how to fill it up. The cabin is not as remote as the puctures lead it to be. It is also a duplex, not a full cabin style home. Also, the lake is not in the backyard. It is a nice walk to the lake, but it is not what is advertised.

Stayed Jan 26, 2026Richard is a top notch host. Very helpful in every way and quick to answer any question. The Clear Creek Retreat was great in every way. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were great. We skied at Loveland and this house was only a 15 min drive. Great stay for the whole family. Dollar general very near for needful things.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025House was super clean and spacious. Plenty of space to stretch out and spend a day working from home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of fun walking trails close by to take out the dog.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025Be sure you read the fine print. We booked this propery expecting a hot tub due to the prominent feature listing and photos of a hot tub. We didn't realize the hot tub is only available in the summer months until we got our welcome email. That caveat is listed in the description at the bottom of the page, but by the time we found out about it, TOO LATE.

Stayed May 15, 2024We had a really nice time at the retreat. We had a little snafu with some cleaning, but Richard kindly took care of us. Otherwise our stay was great! The property is well maintained and had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was perfect. My husband LOVED that there is a blackstone cook top for cooking! The only extra that would be nice would be additional towels for the hot tub. We would come back here again in a heartbeat!
