Clean Quiet and Comfortable. Family friendly. Close to Mesa Verde National Park.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, had all the essential things, and was a comfortable size for our family. The kitchen was bright and functional. The coffee was great! Arrival communication was a struggle, but our stay went very smoothly after we gained access. We really appreciated the clothes drying rack in the closet after a visit to the local laundromat and nearby aquatic center.

Very well kept Jeff was great and helped me take things in the house as I use a cane or a walker and it is hard to carry things He even checked with me to be sure I got home safely

This house was perfect for our trip to Cortez.. very clean and great location. Fully stocked kitchen Comfy beds. easy communication with host. Would definitely stay here again

It was a terrific place to stay! There were great restaurants nearby and it was very comfortable. Jeff was a wonderful host.

Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend.

Great property and warm home. The location was only 15 minutes to Mesa Verde National Park and about 45 minutes to Durango. There is a great coffee drive through just up the street and we had a great dinner at a local restaurant. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Cozy, very clean home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Great launching point for exploring Mesa Verde or 4 corners.

Excellent place to stay near Mesa Verde park. Super quiet location but near everything you could need. House was spotlessly clean and kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Would definitely recommend.

Originally, I was really excited about staying here, I thought it was what we needed. We travel often and take our kids with us ages 13-18 and they are all very well behaved. We encountered the host two times outside the property, which has never happened in our years of travel. He greeted us and counted our kids to make sure we were charged for them. We intended on paying for them, of course. We should've read the description thoroughly because we didn't realize the host lived in the driveway, which we were not comfortable with. The property is clean, amenities good, host was friendly enough, but the place is not for us.

We had a wonderful stay at David's place. The house had absolutely everything we needed and we felt immediately at home. David was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed over our stay. The house was perfect for our monthly getaway: a lot of space, good internet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity with many national and state parks ( lots to do within a 3h drive!). The city of Cortez is big enough to offer some diversity of restaurants, there is a huge park next to the house to take a walk and Mesa Verde and the Sand Canyon are half an hour away. Definitely recommend!
