Clean and lots of room. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Washer and dryer and small grill available. Linens and towels provided. Quiet and no traffic in the evenings. You can see the bay from the porch. You do share the parking area with the Glass Bottom Boat tour but we didn't have any issues with that. Kate was really helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, decent place. Not sure we'd like in busy season as a parking lot is next to the property.

We loved the location across from the Bay, with walking distance to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. The check in was easy. We did bring a couple extra fans for comfort as the air conditioner unit is in the front living room and kitchen area. A couple of fans are provided as well for the bedrooms. Bring your own blanket if you plan on using the futon. We did and we had a comfortable sleeping area for one adult. It may fit two kids as well. There were added comforts such as paper towel in the kitchen and ample toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own body wash/body soap. There is a coffee pot and toaster which was very much appreciated! The porch on the property out front is inviting and Rhett is a small grill. We loved the front porch in the morning! The front door sticks a bit so pull tight when you close it so that it locks well.

For our family of 5, this was the perfect fit! We traveled 12 hours, and we all adored the house and Munising. It was convenient, yet private. The 2 full bathrooms were a HUGE PLUS for us. Kate was very accommodating with our needs, questions, and suggested things to do that would interest our familu. Would definitely stay here again and have already passed along information to others who are interested in traveling there.

We loved Kate’s house. It was so conveniently located and the house had everything we needed. It was actually more spacious than we realized as well! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

This was a perfect little house for my wife and our three kids. The house was clean and centrally located. It made for an excellent homebase for our adventures around the UP

Was wonderful having a 2 bedroom with 2 baths! We arrived after Shipwreck Tour Co. had closed for the season so had ample parking. Location was great! Could see the harbor from front window. Kate was always responsive to messages. We would stay there again.

Nice little house within an hour drive of UP attractions. House was furnished with most utensils you need for cooking ( only 1 frying pan) need more kitchen ware. Adequate for a short stay and small family. Property manager stated this VRBO is a new property and was responsive with messages when the bed frame bent. Few things: parking is TERRIBLE here if you have more than 1 vehicle or anyone who is elderly. The musty smell did not go away, there is a need for an air purifier and/or damp rid. The air conditioner is portable/small so rooms felt humid/hot at times (we brought our own fans). The mattress with black and white bedding was HORRIBLE and most of the pillows crackled. The grass was long and required maintenance. Out the back window/kitchen there is rusty equipment from across the street in the backyard. This property needs some TLC

We enjoyed our stay. The listing is accurate and the host is great. It was perfect as we had 4 people (2-couples). There is room for more with a couch that folds out. We ate in a lot and though it has a kitchen there is a need for additional cooking utensils and perhaps a toaster. We had a great stay overall. Thanks Kate.
