Clean comfortable Victorian house with central air conditioning

Glenwood Sprgs is a great area to live in and visit. Staying at this VRBO makes the visit more enjoyable and relaxing. Great house, excellent location, and very nice hosts. Always would come back here.

We had a great time! Such a cute little house that was very comfort for our family of 5. It had everything we needed, including extra towels and robes for the hotsprings that was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again, perfect for small families or smaller groups and the prime location made it so nice to go walking around downtown.

We enjoyed the easy access to downtown and the hot springs! The large dining table was perfect for family board games each evening!

Everything good but there was some problems with the remotes(fans)

We had a wonderful stay! The check in experience was smooth, and the house is cozy and comfortable. It is walkable to the Glenwood Springs Pool and downtown. The house has plenty of space to relax including an enclosed front porch, a big side yard, and a comfy living room. The beds were comfortable. The house itself is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay with my family for the holidays. The house is immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to the hot springs and restaurants was perfect.

Beautiful home walking distance from downtown and the springs pool. There is a nice pedestrian bridge, so you don’t need to drive. Biking trail nearby. Nice yard with patio set for dining. All of the essentials for living are stocked. Big kitchen table and lots of board games for families. This is probably the nicest vrbo we’ve ever visited.

We loved staying in this house! It was perfect for our vacation. Great location and the house was well equipped. We loved being able to grill out in the backyard! The host was very nice and we enjoyed meeting him. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location where you can walk anywhere. The host was available and accommodating. Its a beautiful Victorian house that has a lot of charm. Highlights besides the location was that it was roomy, had a pleasant outdoor space, clean and air conditioned. The kitchen was adequately stocked as well. Looking forward to returning.

The home is extremely well-provisioned with anything you might need (I can’t emphasize this enough), and the location is perfectly situated to walk just about anywhere in town. The home itself was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed our evenings taking in the fresh air on the front porch and playing board games on the back patio. Thank you again!

Wonderful stay! Walking distance to the hotsprings. House was very spacious and updated so nicely even though it was an older house. Loved the front and back porches! Nathan stopped by to introduce himself and was very welcoming. Would recommend.

My daughter and her best childhood friend took a break from studies to enjoy the mountain air! Nathan (property owner) gave them passes to the pool which the enjoyed along with the beautiful town of Glenwood Springs. They were within walking distance of everything!! The location was PERFECT! the yard was so nice and the home was comfortable!

You cannot beat this VRBO! Everything from the communication with the host to the location to the home itself was incredible. We could not think of a single thing that could be better. We plan to come back!

We stayed at this lovely home this past weekend. My son had a soccer tournament in El Jebel and it was the perfect space for us and our friends. The yard was lovely and the boys had a great time hanging in the yard. The house is so conveniently located to everything. We were able to walk to dinner, the Adventure Park and hiking trails. They were fantastic hosts, who were there upon our arrival and were very helpful and thoughtful. Thanks for a great stay. I would highly recommend this fantastic home.

We enjoyed this house for our daughter's Spring Break. The house was easy to find, and was extremely clean and comfortable when we got there.It was well stocked in the kitchen, and with plenty of towels and linens for use in the house, and at the springs. We were able to walk to the main Glenwood Springs Pool in about 6 minutes, and to the gondola for the adventure park in about 13 minutes. We could also easily walk to the main city center, where we enjoyed fantastic food.We will definitely aim to stay at this house again next time we're in Glenwood.

We took the train up from Denver for the weekend and the property was exactly what we needed. Walking distance from the station, hot springs and lots of restaurants. The house was spacious, clean and we look forward to coming back.

House was perfect for our group. Something we will remember is playing the game Sorry on the complete game set -no missing pieces! Thanks for a great visit.

This was the best experience. Loved the host and he also offered us free passes for the athletic club for some hot springs pool experience. My friends liked it and were surprised by the cleanliness of the house.

We loved the house! It was historic but updated, clean and had all the amenities you would need. It was a beautiful neighborhood, close to all the main attractions. The views were amazing! We stayed in January so cold outside but house was warm and cozy. We would highly recommend this house. Owners were helpful and very responsive to communication.

The property was definitely someplace we want to return to. It was clean and comfortable and perfectly situated near the Hot Springs Pool.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights and easily walked to the hot springs each day. We like to do our own cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lots of windows. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location and fantastic house. VERY CLEAN and walking distance to Glenwood Hot Springs and downtown Glenwood. This is our absolute favorite spot in Glenwood and we having been coming up from the Denver area for the past 25 years.

A large, clean, brilliant property. Nathan was friendly and communicative with very clear check in instructions. House had all the amenities one could need and was very well stocked. The house was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The host even provided inflatables for our trip to Glenwood Springs. There is a delicious bakery for breakfast at the bottom of the road, and you can walk to Glenwood Springs, Blue Sky rafting, the Glenwood Cavern Adventure Park and downtown in under 10 minutes. A perfect stay - thank you.

What a fantastic place to stay!! The house has everything you want for a really enjoyable stay - great bedrooms, comfortable lounge, big dining table, driveway and a lovely garden. Nathan’s communication was excellent and he made sure we had arrived safely and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to spend a few days or more in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! Glad there was AC because it was hot when we were there. The location was just a short walk or drive to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay at this lovely home. Spotless, comfortable and truly in walking distance to everything we wanted to do—even for our 4 year old! Literally a 5 minute walk from the Glenwood hot springs pool. On a residential and quiet street. Plenty of space to spread out for our large family. The front garden and backyard spaces were an absolute delight and beautifully maintained! The shower water pressure was absolutely amazing!!! A perfectly refreshing experience. We will stay again on our next trip to Glenwood Springs!
