Classy Country Home but convenient - Minutes to Downtown Franklin/Liepers Fork!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very spacious and very comfortable home, clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the back patio. Neighborhood is great and very convenient to Brownland Farm. Publix and other shopping just down the road (less than 3 miles). We will definitely return!

The property was a nice get away, outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville but close enough to enjoy the local scene. The house was clean and prepared for our stay. The hosts had great communication and the property had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing time.At first we thought we were at the wrong address because the siding had changed since the picture on VRBO, but quickly figured it out that we were at the right property. The ants in the kitchen were a pest, but there were ant traps throughout the house to help reduce the ants. My biggest issue was the glass range hood which protruded into my path so I smacked my head about 20-30 while making meals during our stay. All in all the property was a good find and we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to others who plan to visit the area of Franklin.

Kitchen did not have a plastic drink pitcher (we like tea!) so I purchased one at the Dollar Tree and left it when we left. Everything else was excellent and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Loved how conveniently located this place was while being outside the hustle and bustle of Franklin. The large kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out when we weren’t out exploring.

Stayed here for a quick trip to Nashville and it was close to everything. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Loved it, just bring firewood if you want to use the fire pit, and the living room was a little warm, but we stayed outside most of the time.

This country home is a great option for anyone looking to visit the Franklin area. The home and property itself are beautiful, my fiancée and I loved mornings on their back patio drinking coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the sitting area was a great place to watch the March Madness games. We were in town for a wedding in Franklin, and we were pleased by how easy it was to get into town from the house. There are countless little restaurants and coffee shops in Franklin, it’s a gem of a town and we are excited to visit again. 10/10 highly recommend!

It was the perfect house—-not far from Nashville & the hosts were fantastic. I had asked about a blender (there wasn’t one at the time) & when we got there, there was one there! Definitely would stay there again!

We had a nice peaceful stay. Convenient location. Very laid back and just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay in Franklin. The house was incredibly clean and well appointed. For anyone considering this property, I tried to summarize pros and cons below. Pros: Great communication from the hosts. The kitchen was well stocked; I think it is the nicest kitchen we've encountered in a vacation rental. The couch was surprisingly comfortable and the large dining room table was a great space for working. Also, the water pressure in the shower was tremendous. The house seemed to be in a safe neighbor. Cautions: The house is an older home so the floors are a little uneven in places. There is a slight step when entering the dining area and the living room. (I only make note of this because I injured my ankle the week before our trip.) The bathrooms were well-stocked but the bathtub in the secondary bathroom needs to be reglazed. The enamel coating was chipped away. In the family rooms (kitchen/dining/living room), the only curtains are single layer sheer panels. I noticed this in the pictures but did not realize that the neighbors could see into the living room at night. The first night of our visit, I looked out the window and there was a man standing at the window of the next house. When he pulled his curtains back, I could clearly see into his house and I assume that he had the same clear view into the house we rented. It was disconcerting. Overall, we enjoyed the house and had a lovely visit.

Wonderful set up for couples or families with kids. Clean, comfortable (bedding was awesome) and quiet. Great location

The home was comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed that the host left a nice variety of coffees as well as all the information of things to do in Franklin. Our only complaints were that there were many many nails and staples in the yard and driveway from a recent renovation. This wasn’t safe for our car or our kids. The street was extremely busy, but we otherwise enjoyed the access it provided to Franklin and Nashville.

The house was absolutely clean and fresh! Nice quiet spot to relax and recharge! Location is perfect for the quick trip into Nashville to Another Broken Egg, great place to eat if you never been! Leipers Fork as well as Frankin very short drive! Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, we did have a major issue. Our refrigerator smelled horrible of fish. It a new spotless refrigerator, but it reaking of fish. We tried to clean it. Also not enough towels for the bathroom or kitchen. All in all.

So the one thing my crew noticed about this house was how clean it appeared to be! Our daughter got married at Southall meadows and the location of our stay was perfect. Troy is a wonderful host and responded to my messages in a timely manner. A very nice place to lay your head down at night! Thank you, J. Pitchford

One word. Cozy. We came for the World Series in Fairview and all our friend chose a hotel. We knew that was the right place for us and began the hunt. We instantly fell in love with the kitchen and the location. We would come back again and again! Communication from the host was super super fast and they were so nice.
