Classic Oceanfront beach home with large screened in porch overlooking ocean!

Great place with lots of comfortable places to relax and the pool is great

Adorable bungalow! House was exactly as posted but cuter in person. Our family of 11 fit well and were happy to have 4 full showers. Pool not large but great for kids. Kitchen had most things needed. Easy check in!

It has everything you need for a family get away. The pool is conveniently located on the main living floor. It’s perfect for the family and the lights make night swims so fun!! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or hang out with take out. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s needs. The walk to the beach is simple and quick, which is what this mom of four loves. The local grocery store is a fast 1 mile away. We love this house so much. We will be back again and again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 2912 Palm Blvd Oct.6-11. The location was great. Ocean front with a small pool, and near restaurants and grocery. This is an old house. And it smells like one too. The kitchen refrigerator is missing two of three shelves. Luckily there is a second refrigerator in the giant laundry room. The floor plan is great for 3 or 4 families. One bedroom sleeps 4. A set of bunks and two twins. Another room has a bunk set and a king. Two other rooms have a king or queen. Those are all upstairs. The main master is just two steps up from the living room. I could only figure out how to stream on master room TV, couldn't find any local live stations. The large TV in the living room was manageable. The master bedroom sliding door opens to the small pool deck that has loungers on it. But you can't use them unless you are total covered with mosquito repellant. They are killers and swarm like crazy at the first sight of skin! The draperies in the master bedroom are broken. You can't draw them with the cord. All the clips that the drapery hooks go in are broken. The maintenance man took a photo the first day we were there. But the office could only come up with the response that I believe we knew that and are trying to get permission from the owner to replace them. The maintenance man was also shown the air register on the floor in front of the commode in the master bathroom. It has screws sticking up from the register. You could cut your foot or toe if not careful or if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. That never got fixed. It's dangerous to back out of this driveway. So one day we parked parallel to the road in the front yard. Got a $100 fine for not parking in the direction of traffic flow even if I was 6 feet in on the grass. Utensils and kitchen stuff were more than plentiful. House has an extensive book library. Plenty of beach chairs for your use. It's a great cash savings if you don't mind stuff like I've mentioned.

I was told I would be receiving a text or e-mail with a code to receive my information on the property I was staying; I received nothing. Thanks to Michele and the real estate people upstairs I was able to get my information. I arrived at 5:05. I have rented multiple times with Island Reality and this was not a happy empierce to start a Vacation.

Screened in porch was really nice.The only thing we were disappointed in was the gazebo. Was looking forward to sitting in there. It was over taken with weeds. It’s been a while since anyone cleaned it up. And the grass needed cutting also. Those were our only issues with this property.

The house was in great condition. Plenty of room and outdoor space. And the access to the beach is unbeatable.
