MAIN LIVING SPACE: A spacious sectional, tufted club chair, and more seating bring everyone together under vaulted ceiling in the handsome, window-lined den. Soothing neutrals anchored by a few black accents create a handsome, calming space, where fresh coastal style flows easily into the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Gather for meals at the table for 12, where chairs and a pillow-backed banquet offer a mix of seating.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful and well set up for families. Its location to the Glow Pool is very convenient. Our only complaint is that the home wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked. It was extremely dusty and I’m not sure that the rugs had been cleaned. I found clumps of dust all over the floor and my son, who has terrible allergies, had a horrible eczema flare-up from whatever dander was in the house. I wonder if someone had a dog or cat in the home before us (even though the rules state no animals). Other than cleanliness and the house needing a deep clean, we would recommend the home to others.

So extremely over grown. Won’t be back to that house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Great property. However, the management company policy of charging “$50 for an early check-in for a property that was ready... “the only thing you need to check in is to pay a $50 fee”. It was just 75 min before no fee would be applied. It felt like extortion, extremely bothersome. It is difficult to explain how bothered I was. My initial plan was to explore buying a lot. I came back without visiting the real estate office. I would recommend the property with caveats.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon Shore multiple times since 2014. As always, Cinnamon Shore staff was friendly and helpful during each interaction. The home we stayed in and the maintenance was honestly, not the best. As we started unloading the car, the smoke alarms were going off. On day 2 of our trip, there was a massive leak in a 2nd floor shower that caused mass amounts of water to come down AC vent and window sill to the first floor. CS maintenance staff came and looked and said there was nothing they. Old do. They were going to call the builder so we were told not to use 3 of the 4 upstairs showers until the issue was resolved. We had 8 adults in our party. The builders workers did not show up until day 3. The issue was a known problem and had already been fixed once. After fixing that, they decided to work on other issues in the house, including replacing floor planks. The workers were very kind and courteous, but we couldn’t use our house for a full day. The workers came back on day 4 to make sure the water issue was resolved. Dealing with home maintenance issues that weren’t even ours was not the way we envisioned our trip. Upon checkout, a lovely front desk employee did comp 2 of our chair rental days as compensation. Overall we still LOVE Cinnamon Shore and all the fun they provide. We enjoyed the more laid back pace of South. We will still recommend and return, but won’t stay at Open Invitation again.
