The first was that there was a single AC thermostat which kept it cool upstairs but less than cool downstairs. The second issue was that the noise level downstairs from anyone walking upstairs was unusually loud.

The property was clean, perfect size for us and management customer service was excellent. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought a whole new refrigerator. This was our first visit to Cinnamon Shores and we were impressed with Blue Willow and the community. We had a great week and recommend Blue Willow and the Cinnamon Shores community to others. One recommendation to the community management - have some shaded areas in the open play / community areas would be nice.

However, I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner could not go below 70 degrees and the house was hot the whole time. I had a terrible time sleeping every night due to how hot it was in the house. The AC unit was very small for the size of house and height of ceilings. I don't think it could keep up. For how much you pay to stay at these houses you should be able to control the ac. The ac should actually cool the house. Everything else was great. The location was in the center of everything. The house was clean. The house had 2 refrigerators which was great since we had 11 people staying at the house and it gave us ample room. I will warn people the grill cooks really hot and we had a hard time not over cooking food. The beach was not crowded at all and it was a busy time. The restaurants within Cinnamon Shores are very small so make sure to get reservations before coming. We didn't eat at any of them because we didn't know they would be so small or that we would need reservations. We did not rent golf carts and I would highly suggest you do. It's a lot of work lugging stuff and kids to the beach every day. My only other complaint is the pools were very hot. They don't have pool coolers installed so the pools feel like bath water by about 12. It's like sitting in a hot tub while the outside temperature is 100 degrees. Overall this is a really cute community. I would consider coming back again.

CS Realty did provide free ice which helped. New refrigerator was on property but not installed. Would have been nice to inform us of this at rental check in. Also house needs adjustments/updates on door handles/locks as several worn.

The negatives were the oven did not work properly. I hope they replace itThe a/c in the master was not sufficient. The water from the upstairs bathroom faucet was a stream whether it was hot or cold. All these things can be fixed. We would stay there again. But, I’d ask if they have fixed these things.
