306 Grand Blvd was beautiful, spacious and very nicely stocked with linens and supplies. We would have benefitted from a more concise tour or description of the property amenities. We did not discover the grill or outdoor shower until we were cleaning up to check out nor were we given a code for the garage so we did not use it.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, three TV's didn't work (including the master TV), the ice machine was out of order, sheets felt cheap, a lamp chord goes straight across the floor in the living room for all guests to trip over, the window coverings on the front door are stained and filthy, the chairs on balconies have screws that are extremely rusted (you can buy outdoor furniture for the beach that will uphold to the weather, spray the screws with a protectant, or get new furniture), and there was mold in the master bathroom shower (my dad went ahead and bought a spray at the store to help with the mold so they didn't have to stand in mold while showering). I understand we are at the beach, so sand is a given, but this place was not very clean, it wasn't filthy and was passable, but my step mom contemplated even sleeping under the sheets. This home was nice when they first built it and put it together, I assume, but they have not kept up with it and let it go. Not worth the money you are paying each night. .. We have rental houses, so we know what is and isn't to be expected with rental houses. The location of the house is great, but if you can, I recommend finding a different home to rent or don't have super high expectations for this place.

Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful. the home was perfect for our guests and the elevtor was a wonderful amenity for me (83 years Young) Emily is from Austin and this is the third time we have stayed at Cinnamon Shores and it won't be the last!!

Reviewer Comments: As our family has grown in recent years with adult children marrying and having their own children, it can be difficult to find a vacation spot that can accomodate our large crew. However, the Yellow Submarine was the perfect fit. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there were multiple inviting communal spaces for us to gather and spend time together. The decor is elegant in a ‘coastal chic’ motif, and the home was furnished with everything we needed. Its prime location on the North Shore gave us easy access to the beach, multiple pools, restaurant, ice cream stand, bar, and large lawn with live music. We didn’t have to leave the resort once in our six day trip! We are grateful for the wonderful stay and are already planning our trip back to the Yellow Submarine next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in two properties at Cinnamon Shore and the Yellow Submarine was by far our favorite! The decor on the 1st level is eclectic and fun while the 2nd and 3rd stories are a more traditional beachy vibe. The ceilings are super tall and the family room has a huge vaulted ceiling to let in a ton of natural, relaxing light! It’s also very close and convenient to the beach boardwalk and pool. My only complaints are: 1) the couch and barstools are in desperate need of a deep clean. They have stains from over use and spills. 2) the primary bed on the 2nd floor is super lumpy and in need of a new mattress. Other than that, this space is awesome! Don’t hesitate booking!
