AMENITIES: At Cinnamon Shore South, enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including the adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, shaded hammocks, and lake views. The Glow Pool & Fitness Center, Splish Splash Family Pool, and Neighborly Square Pool offer fun for all ages. Coastline Grill serves up refreshing drinks and family-friendly fare just steps away. Explore manicured parks, wooden boardwalks, and tranquil lakes with fishing piers and scenic overlooks. You’ll also enjoy full access to Cinnamon Shore North, with even more pools, dining options, and activities at the lively Town Center.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area is warm and refined, featuring flat ceilings accented by striking dual chandeliers and beautiful natural wood planks with exposed beams in the kitchen. A spacious main living couch anchors the room, while direct porch access extends entertaining outdoors. The dining table seats eight comfortably, with an additional six seats at the large island and four seats at the outdoor dining table.

The kitchen is a true showpiece, outfitted with Zline, Thermador, and Bosch appliances. A stunning green onyx feature visible through the butler pantry’s interior window allows its beauty to be appreciated from multiple living areas, creating a unique architectural moment. Specialty appliances include a wine fridge and Scotchman ice maker, elevating both entertaining and everyday use. Sonos audio enhances the atmosphere throughout the home.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Ciao Bella offers six bedrooms. Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms provide luxurious accommodations for adults, while two separate bunk rooms offer seven twin beds total, allowing families to comfortably separate children by age or gender if desired. Three bedrooms feature private ensuites, and three include walk in closets.

Each bathroom was individually curated with its own distinct character, offering spa like experiences throughout the home. The primary suite stands out with its refined and beautifully designed master bath. Two bedrooms enjoy private porch access, and one shares balcony access with the game room, creating additional spaces to relax and unwind.

GREAT FEATURES: The outdoor living area is designed for year round enjoyment with a temperature controlled pool and an outdoor fireplace that creates an inviting setting in any season. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fireplace responsibly, making sure to keep screens closed at all times and not leave it unattended. The fireplace is wood burning only and guests should supply their own firewood and fire starter materials. Distinctive lanterns on the front exterior and unique pavers that flow through the main floor set the home apart architecturally. Photocell lighting on the front exterior provides both efficiency and ambiance, while app based pool controls make maintenance seamless.

Additional highlights include a charming and beautifully designed laundry room, elevated transitional interiors, smart exterior lighting, and exterior security cameras for added peace of mind. Though garage access is not provided guests will have access to a covered carport which features a 220V (Level 2) EV charger.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sea La Vie is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the home, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
