The Space:

Welcome to Chillin' the Most – a brand new retreat in Port Aransas's Haven Community! This stylish home, with its vibrant Margaritaville flair, combines upscale decor and comfortable furnishings to create a perfect escape.



The Space: Step into a relaxing haven with an inviting open layout, thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches and a fun coastal vibe. Outside, enjoy a private pool (heated by request for $50 per night) and a well-equipped lounge area, complete with comfortable seating, and a grill – ideal for unwinding or entertaining.



Conveniently, you’ll have three parking spaces right at the door, making it a breeze to load and unload. Whether you're soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade, Chillin' the Most provides a true slice of paradise tailored for relaxation and fun.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all of the property except for 1 housekeeping closet.



The Neighborhood:

The Haven neighborhood on Ninth Street places you in the heart of Port Aransas’s vibrant Old Town. Perfectly planned for easy access to the best of Port A, you’re just a few blocks from the beach and close to local favorites. This centrally located community offers the ideal blend of convenience and charm, putting dining, entertainment, and sandy shores all within reach!



Getting Around:

Most guests rent a golf cart to cart back and forth to the beach and around town. Inquire about our golf cart rental discounts for our guests! It's easy to walk, bike, cart or drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, dining and entertainment!



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: Coyotes and/or other wild animals are native to the island and may occasionally be seen in parking areas, streets, or on the beach. They typically avoid human interaction but please be aware of your surroundings.



Beach Parking: A beach parking permit is required for any vehicles parked on the beach. Permits can be purchased at convenience stores on the island or at rental locations on the beach (subject to availability).



Beach Safety: Pay attention to flag warnings at beach entrances and know their meanings for safe swimming.



Mosquitos: Certain times of the year may bring swarms of mosquitoes. We recommend bringing pest repellent.



Grill Use: A propane grill may be available on the property. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. Propane can be refilled at local RV parks or exchanged at Stripes.



Construction: Ongoing construction and community improvements are common in Port A. Some noise or activity may be present during your stay.



Cable & Wi-Fi: Cable and Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience, but occasional outages may occur. Refunds are not available for service disruptions.



Refrigerator Cooling: Stocking the refrigerator with room-temperature food can take up to 24 hours to cool completely, especially in the summer.



Linens & Towels: Any linens or towels that are damaged or heavily stained will be considered a damaged item, and guests will be billed for replacements.



Check-In Time: Check-in is generally around 4 pm. While housekeeping and maintenance aim to have the property ready by this time, it cannot be guaranteed.

    Enjoyed my time here at this beach house. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Everything was in walking distance so that was a plus as well. Like the fact that we had a little gift of goodies. If I had any questions they also responded fast and also provided me a list of restaurants that were close by as well. Overall I really recommend and would like to stay again with family.

    The house is a new build, very pretty but really close together. Interior was set up nicely, beds are comfy and blankets soft. The kids area is downstairs from the rest of the living quarters, ok for teens… created challenges with small children. GREAT location.. close to the beach and very central to the towns happenings! Full kitchen with everything needed. Pool area is a great addition.
