Chic & Sunny Provo Townhome w/ Rooftop Deck!

Nice place, well-maintained. Four flights of stairs (entry/office, LR/kitchen, bedrooms, roof) were tough for one of us who has arthritis.

very nice and clean. Loved the look of it. good location and has a garage for the cars which was great. Has quite a few stairs which was fine for us but not for someone elderly or disabilities.

Very clean, excellent bedding and quality towels. Highly recommend.

This property is conveniently located very close to Smith’s grocery store and very close to lots of restaurants. It was easy to get into and communicate was easy and prompt. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers and lotion in the bathroom. The linens for the bathroom and beds were quite nice. They had nice blankets on the couch too. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The appliances were nice and there was laundry detergent to do a load or two. There are lots of stairs-so it was great exercise while we stayed. I’d stay here again gladly!

We have stayed at this town home many times. It's super convenient location and value make it a no brainer for us!

We were so pleased with everything! We had everything we needed . The place was so clean and in great condition. I think it is always a scary thing renting something sight unseen but this place did not disappoint. We drove in from Oklahoma and the directions to get to location and in to the house was made so simple and easy to understand. We loved the convience of being able to walk across the street to the grocery store and next door to Chom for amazing food. We felt so safe walking to the sodalicious and so many more places. We will be recommending and returning for sure!

Perfect location in Provo, clean place, secure and safe. Beds are comfy. They were super helpful and accommodating with just a couple of questions. Lovely place and we would stay again for sure!

Great location, quiet, beautiful rooftop views, very nice accommodations

This is a very nice condo with plenty of room and a lovely rooftop fireplace which made it great for sitting out at night. Be aware that there are lots of stairs which will give you a good workout.It was very convenient having the grocery store nearby and the area is very walkable so it made for good break.

Anytime we are in Provo for more than two nights we try to get into these townhomes through VRBO managed by Evolve. It is a consistently good value for us.

We made a quick trip to Provo for a family event. This property was clean and perfect for us. It is close to everything and walking distance to downtown. The deck was a peaceful place to take a beak.

Everything was exactly as described. It was a beautiful property, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, two-car garage was great for parking. Check-in was a breeze. Roof deck was a great amenity. Beds were comfortable. We'll gladly return and stay here again!

Beautiful unit. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this location. The first two times were in the unit next door. Very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed! Close to BYU and Provo uptown area. Can walk to grab food and for groceries. Will stay again!

The house is cute and clean and nice, and the location was great. The garage is barely two cars (if you have large vehicles, be aware). Many of the dishes were dirty so we had to clean everything before use. The pull out sofa bed was on the bottom level right by the front and garage doors and two floors away from the other rooms. Because we had little kids, we had to revamp sleeping arrangements which was tricky. We also had super heavy luggage (competition gear) and it was tough to get it up all the stairs. The house itself was clean and nice and roomy, as long as you're prepared for these items. It would have been nice to not have dirty dishes however.

Great spot close to the BYU campus and Lavell Edwards stadium. Perfect place for me to work during the day and the family to relax and enjoy the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. There is a Smith’s directly across the street, and it’s great to have a garage to park in. The beds are comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable —down to a pack-n-play and high chair for our grandson.

We had a great time staying at this modern townhouse in downtown Provo. The home had all the amenities and is walking distance from restaurants and other downtown Provo establishments. Scenic views from the rooftop deck.
