Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A the house wasn’t quite as nice looking as it did in pictures. The furniture seemed cheap, uncomfortable, and very creaky. The kitchen was lacking a lot of basic supplies and quality cookware. There were also a bunch of disorganized exposed cables in the children’s room. This is our third time at cinnamon shore, and our least favorite house.

Reviewer Comments: Before we even arrived - Cinnamon Shore rental office contacted us about a problem with our refrigerator and had already offered a solution. When we arrived and realized we didn't have a way to make ice - I let them know and they had someone drop off a bag of ice for us! This is just an example of the excellent customer service offered when you rent a Cinnamon Shore property for your vacation. The daily texts kept us in the loop for the fun activities planned each day. I definitely plan to return!

The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed as a family of 6. Everything was clean, and well laid out. We will definitely consider this property again when we return to Cinnamon Shore.

The only negative comments I could make are the sofas in living room they are not comfortable to sit on. Master bedroom bedframe under bed was broke so they we did not have the best sleeping experience.

We like to prepare meals so was nice to be able to not have to have everything on the counter or in a canvas bag. Also enjoyed the porch and two balconies. Backyard was perfect for our pup, he wanted to be out there a lot! This was the smallest house we've stayed in since we weren't bringing any extra friends or family, but with the layout and storage space it didn't feel that way.

We especially appreciated the small fenced in yard for our dog. Also appreciated the decent knives in the kitchen for cooking. This is definitely my favorite place I have stayed in Port A and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a more luxury place.Some small things that could have made the star truly 5 star quality. Some additional clean blankets and kitchen towels already available in house would have been helpful. Also providing toilet paper and paper towels for the duration of the day would be convenient, especially given the price you are paying. Our questions were always quickly answered and maintenance came by quickly for the two issues we had with front door handle and kitchen sink. There was unfortunately a terrible outbreak of mosquitos from all the rains in Port A that made going outside miserable even with bug spray. I only wish we had received a communication about this even on day of arrival as we would have brought stuff with us vs visiting 3 stores in town where everything was sold out.
