LIVING AREA

A large sectional and an armchair provide plush seating in the main living area. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV or simply kick back in the ample sunlight.

The ground-level living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and bonus refrigerator.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.

When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Located on the ground level, the third bedroom is appointed with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The covered patio offers a peaceful retreat on sunny days. The dining table seats four to afternoon snacks. The spacious wraparound deck provides plenty of space to soak up the sun or rest in the shade. Climb the stairs to the observation deck for an unobstructed view of the surrounding beauty.

Located a short walk from your rental, the on-site swimming pool provides a refreshing oasis after a sun-kissed beach day.

Parking for four cars in the driveway. Parking on the street and grass is prohibited.

The fireplace in the living area is not operational.

The main level is accessible via a flight of stairs. The third bedroom and second living area are ground level. The two areas are separated by an exterior staircase.

Per HOA guidelines and Corpus Christi fire code, the use of barbeque grills is prohibited on the second-floor wooden deck.

Located near the beach, you can walk to the soft sand in just 5 minutes!

Travel 5 miles to Mustang Island State Park to spot local wildlife or navigate the extensive paddling trail. Or head 30 minutes to downtown Corpus Christi.

    We were not very pleased with the property. - When we arrived the BBQ pit on the top deck was knocked over. There was a pile of charcoal and ashes on the deck. - Downstairs AC did not work very good - The house smelled like mold/mildew - The lights in the upstairs kitchen had several light bulbs out. - Baseboards in the master bathroom weren't attached to the wall - The return air vent in upstairs kitchen was very dirty, as were the air vents downstairs with mold around them. - The water pressure downstairs was not good. - The main entrance door to the upstairs living area was very hard to close and in bad condition - The Dishwasher in the upstairs kitchen was open and full of dishes. In the description of the property it said “steps away from sand.” Well that is not true!! We had to walk from the front of the property to the beach. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk. It was especially difficult getting all your beach stuff to the beach. There were several steps to go up and walking uphill with chairs, wagons, ice chest was not easy. There is another part of the property that you have to go thru to get to the beach. The road is gated and guest can not drive thru it or use the parking area! So you can’t drive to get closer to the beach. I would not stay at this property again. D.Packwood 8/27/23

    Location and design of the home, overall would be an easy 10 if furniture and pots and pans were updated including repairs.

    We loved the large deck and dog friendly home. The one concern was that there were sticker burrs iut in the grass making it challenging to walk the dogs.

    As stated in the description short, nice walk to the beach. The house itself is spacious. Seems to be a home that is used often as there is visible wear and tear on most of the furniture. The deck provides nice views and several options for sitting, which was very nice, however, the deck could use some TLC . The gate to the deck requires moving a brick to keep it shut. As stated in other reviews, the door locks are very loose and takes multiple attempts to get them open and shut. Overall cleanliness could use some improvement. Be prepared to wash dishes before you use them. Come prepared to wipe down tables, counters, etc. before use. My dog kept sniffing at something under one of the end tables and turns out there was some food and a dog biscuit left behind from prior occupants. Upon moving the end table, it was clear that it hadn’t been swept or mopped and quite some time. Only two of the burners on the stove top work. We did most of our meals, cooking at the house so this was definitely an inconvenience. We came to this house for a beach vacation, so didn’t spend much time lounging around, however if you are planning to relax, watch a little TV, the couch was horribly uncomfortable and not very clean, worn out and almost no cushion left between the springs, pushing up on your seat. We would be happy to come back, but hoping the feedback is taken into consideration and more regular maintenance on this home.

    This is a great property for two small families or one larger family. Minimal amenities and a longer walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes for tired small kids), but exactly what we wanted. WiFi is fast and consistent; shower pressure is strong. It was very easy to use our travel blackout curtains to darken one of the rooms for the kids. Stairs between upstairs (2 bedroorms, 2 bathrooms, and full kitchen) and downstairs (bedroom, bathroom, and laundry) are outside.

    Decor was cute and themed. Great amount of dishes for food prep, cooking and eating. Plenty of room for our group of 7! Loved the color of the house and the observation deck was great for sunrises.

    House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Getting into rental and leaving at the end was smooth. The house was walking distance to the beach. Main issues: 1. Safety - Deck not secure. Railing loose. 2. Water Pressure was extremely low. 3. Air Conditioner down stairs barley worked. Hot and Humid. 4. Dryer Lint Catcher broke which caused clothes to get caught on the lint catcher corner. that ruined sone clothes. This house wasn't horrible. But, it does need some work. Thanks.

    The home and location is great for the price you pay to have full amenities of a home and direct access to the beach. Sure, there's some small things that may need upgrading or more detailed to make it 100% guaranteed win (good to remember that there's always going to be some people who aren't happy with something no matter what is offered to them) for some guests. But a completely furnished home accommodating larger families at the reasonable rates they offer can be very hard to find these days, we (a family of 6) had wonderful experience with both the home and service. The service of both the company itself and their workers were great! I would highly recommend them to other families looking for a vacation at reasonable pricing, and great accommodations!

    The property was lovely. It was very nicely and casually furnished. It provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. My 100 year old mother and I stayed at the property with our pups. If you have old people and pets you might want to make sure the property has an elevator, some of them do.

    We loved the privacy of the location, close access to the beach, and the community pool. But the house was pretty beaten up. The front door was hard to close and then hard to keep closed. Blinds had mildew. One of the living room lights wouldn’t turn on. One of the drawers in the bedrooms was broken.

    The house, cleanliness and location were fine. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. Bring extra blankets if you get cold at night. The property management company was difficult to communicate with and unresponsive. The third party used for communication only responded with, “we will let the property manager know and someone will follow up with you”. We had to chase down any responses to our reported issue. Upon arrival the downstairs apartment AC split unit did not work in the bedroom. It was unseasonably warm the first 2 days and the other unit in the living room was unable to cool the bedroom as it was too hot. Because of this we were unable to use the bedroom at all. The guests had to move a mattress in the living room and sleep on the upstairs unit couch. Getting feedback on the status of the AC was like pulling teeth. We had to continually follow up to find out if we needed to wait on a technician or if we were able to leave the house to enjoy our vacation activities or if we should plan other sleeping arrangements that night. When we noticed a tech finally did come we had to start the inquiry process all over for a status of the AC in order to again plan sleeping arrangements, etc. The issue was communication from Vacasa was not good. All they are is an intake company without the ability to provide any helpful information without the consumer having to chase down any feedback or helpful information. Not something anyone on vacation wants to have to deal with.
