This location is better suited for families with younger children as the bunks are not given their own room behind a door. The second set of bunks tucked in by the front door are a little odd, but we did not use them so it was no big deal for us.

It’s only 3 bedrooms, but with the the 2 additional bunk spaces it feels like a 5 bedroom. It’s professionally decorated and had a lovely view of the lake!

Salted Cottage worked well for our family’s sleeping arrangements. And we are all pretty fussy about the decor being at least as nice as what we have at home so it was a win all around. The front porch swing was perfect for early morning coffee and reading. The walking distance to the beach and pool were just enough to make you feel like you weren’t completely lazy but not so far that you broke a sweat. And the lake view from almost every room was refreshing and tranquil.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved Cinnamon Shore and the ease of having so many on site amenities. Beautiful place. Gorgeous pools. Coffee shop, pizza, help with fire pits and chair rental was aweseome also! Our only big complaint about this cottage is that the front porch lights stay on all night long. There is a bunk bed at that front part of the house that is unusable. We had teenagers that were sleeping with pillows over their heads and ultimately ended up moving. One slept with his mom and the other on the couch. It was so so bright and we were told it is an HOA requirement to have the lights on. That property should invest in black out curtain or shade for that bunk house.....otherwise it should not count as a sleeping area. We will return to Cinnamon shore again....but will pay better attention to the floor plans knowing that the porch lights have to be on across the neighborhood.

The beds were comfortable and the bunks were beautiful and spacious. The house felt open and cozy. The quality furnishings and charming interior was perfect for our family of 6. Every single detail was gorgeous! The house provided basic amenities and is kid friendly. The cottage is located near the main entrance of South shore so renting a buggy would be ideal and is so much fun! The South pool and boardwalk is a short ride away. Construction did not bother us one bit. A must stay! We will definitely be back!
