Stayed Aug 6, 2022Point B was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Listing should be explicit about the downstairs king bedroom not having AC, window coverings and a place to bathe close by (it felt like an addition to the home). For relaxing and enjoying downtime, it would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022Best location! Easy walk and or bike to downtown Edgartown and beaches. House is well appointed with everything you need for indoor and outdoor living. Very spacious. We found that noises travels well inside. High ceilings seem to contribute. Be mindful if everyone is on different sleeping schedules when assigning bedrooms. Management was super attentive and accommodating. I’d consider returning to this property.

Stayed Nov 24, 2021A great house right in Edgartown. It was bright, clean, and comfortable. The house had a nice feel about it - a blend of modern and traditional design and decor. We had a problem with one of the bedrooms on the main floor (inadequate heating for late November) but Point B Realty, the property management co., dealt with the problem right away. They were friendly and professional. A great house and experience overall!

Stayed Jun 5, 2021The house is situated in a great location that’s walking distance to everything, with a nice pool and backyard area. The one drawback for us was the lack of curtains covering some of the bedroom windows and the see through curtains covering the other bedroom windows. If you’re sensitive to light when sleeping that’s something to be aware of. Otherwise a great well-equipped house.

Stayed Apr 16, 2021The house is lovelier than the photos - a great place for lounging, and sharing meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We were there in late Spring, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the location is a short drive to town, beach and area attractions. Check in and out was very easy; communication with the property manager was A+. If you are thinking about renting this house, you shouldn't hesitate. :)
