Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate and the location was great! super close (walkable) to one of the pools and parks and a 2 min ride to the big pool and beach. The property was clean but couldnt have been dusted way more thoroughly. I would recomend this to a family of 5 as it was very comfortable for us I would not have two families here as it would be way to tight!

So we kept driving praying to find someplace nice, it was absolutely beautiful. It’s the only place to stay in Port Aransas . So fun

Love that it only took like 5-8 min to walk to the beach and it was never crowded and super clean! The house was really nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again!

It was a bright, lovely home within walking distance of the infinity pool, easy drive in our golf cart to the beach and still close to visit CS North for some of those amenities. We did lose power in our house for almost the entire last day of our stay (a little bummed) but overall, a lovely place with awesome customer service, perfect beach access with umbrellas/chair service and nearby access to Corpus Christi for some city fun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Compared to other Cinnamon Shores properties we have stayed at ( for tbt same price) this house did not meet expectations. The layout / design of the house is very poor, the front door goes directly into the master bedroom, the guest room has a very awkward bed set up that can only sleep 1 person and the AC compressor is above the bunk room and kitchen which is so loud and big that it rattled the bedroom balcony door, beds and items in the kitchen cabinets. We had to stick things in the doors yo get the noise to stop. Would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and met the needs of my family, as we have three young boys. The home was conveniently located within walking distance and a very short golf cart ride to the beach. Golf cart was delivered before check-in and gassed up for the entire 4 night stay. Cinnamon Shore graciously had our umbrellas and chairs organized by name and laid out on the beach every morning. Bomb fire and smore's kit was provided and executed well. The boys enjoyed their first time at the beach, although their favorite experiences were the days at the pool at South and North Shore. Construction was to be expected at Cinnamon Shore South, but it was not an inconvenience or a bother. One drawback from our stay, a rather large and inconvenient one, was check-in. My family along with several others were left waiting at the office after the designated check in time for at least two hours before we were provided with keys and directions to our rented home. Free beers helped pass the time along with shopping at their overpriced gift shop. Once in the home, we did not have a problem. Overall, a great stay.

Wanted to bring our small pet and check on our construction project. We were generally satisfied with the home snd it met our needs. Renting in Cinnamon Shore South is tough with all the construction and sand. Would not rent in south if I were on vacation. Would for sure stay in North with all the amenities.
