Cheerful Home by the Springs

It was very nice, but it was hard to get a confirmation entry number and we had no # to call if anything was wrong. Found cat feces under the couch!!!

We enjoyed our stay everything nice and clean. Had trouble with code entry. Couldn’t figure out how to get other tv’s to work be side main room. Wonderful place . Thanks

Nice and clean property, close to the shopping center, near by Manasota key beach, venuce beach, also warm natural spings , would love to come back next vac!!at walking distance

This is our 3rd year staying at this duplex. It is just right for the 2 of us, although it can handle 6 people. We like the quiet surroundings, and it has a lot of room to walk the dog. Neighbors are very pleasant and always say HI when we walk.

Great place to stay with the pets.

Really happy with our choice of accommodation. The place was very clean and has really comfortable beds. I guess my only complaint was that the code for the door doesn’t work as I’m guessing the lock was out of batteries. Thankfully the property manager had already provided the location for the key which we then used all week. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely stay again.

I would definitely recommend this place. It is a great value when compared to other places in the area.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and lots of room. Was nice to have a screened in porch and a grill. Neighbor was quiet.

Clean peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. This was our second year here snd we thoroughly enjoyed it this year as well.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and we can take long walks with our pooch. The unit is large and airy with a nice lanai to enjoy the weather, rain or shine. The only thing I would recommend is that a more secure lock be put on the laundry door in the unit we were in.
