Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great house for a family vacation. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with tennis/paddle ball courts and a playground two blocks away. The property manager was easy to work with and communicated well.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The home is perfect for large family or small family reunions. There is ample space for everyone. A couple things could be improved upon. The dining table is difficult to impossible to use, because it is huge and heavy, and the chairs do not fit under it. In the backyard the house has a pleasant patio, but the yard itself is unfit for small children due to weeds and stickers. The owners were a delight to work with and just a few bits of TLC would make this house perfect for those larger groups.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a great time at “the Colorado house” as my 3 year old called it. We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a dog during our stay. There was enough room for everyone, and the kids and dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The location was nice - quiet, within walking distance of a playground and pool, many restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes drive, and centrally located between downtown Denver, Boulder, and Golden.
