Stayed Jun 13, 2025This week was perfect. Home was as described and more. The location of the home was perfect. Kids loved walking down the doc to fish, some crabbing until we took them over to Keepers Landing. The bird feeder was fun to watch through the day. Quick bike ride to south beach or the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Bald Head Island. The location was perfect-peaceful, yet convenient to the marina and the market. The layout was ideal for our family, giving everyone their own space. We appreciated the 6 seat golf cart which allowed our group to ride together at times. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We’ve stayed all over the island and loved staying at Lighthouse Landing. We loved the boardwalk overlooking the marsh and loved being close to the lighthouse, harbor, the turtle pond, and BHI Club. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained and had all the essentials. We had a great time!

Stayed Aug 21, 2022This was a gem of a find!! We’ve rented houses on BHI many times in the past, and this was our favorite! Even above some located ON the beach! The house is just lovely. It’s got an interesting layout. It feels huge and has plenty of space to feel comfortable for days on end. It’s super clean, well organized, and well designed. It’s near the marsh which is very cool. You can walk out the back door and onto a little walkway that takes you all around the marsh. It’s gorgeous. And not the least bit buggy- we even used the porch often. Having 2 golf carts is a nice plus. Overall- very happy with everything and would recommend highly to others and would rent again. Thank you!!

Stayed May 17, 2021We were disappointed that only one restaurant was open during our stay. When asked & they said after June 1 another will be open. Thankful we took food to cook. Beautiful Cottage..
