Chattahoochee Breeze | Riverfront Condo Downtown| 2BR

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and clean. The view of the river was very beautiful and relaxing. If i were to give the property 1 negative, it would be the coffee maker. There was 3 coffee makers on the property and none of them aloud for ground coffee. Not having coffee as a convenience, was a tad disappointing. We had to run out and grab coffee pods. That would be the main downside.

This could not have been a more delightful stay! The location was perfect - on the outskirts of downtown Helen and easily walking distance to everywhere. Parking was adjecent to the condo (carport underneath). Communication was top notch - I did not need to reach out them about anything since everything was shared so clearly before our stay. The condo was a great size. The double porches up and downstairs were our absolute favorite place to spend an evening. We were able to avoid most of the Oktoberfest traffic and noise, although the units were all full the last night we were there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property was conviently located close to all of the restaurants and shops. The Pink pig BBQ is in walking distance and absolutely delicious. I loved how spacious the property was and the view from the bedroom balcony was great. I would definitely stay here again and maybe book a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the river. It was a nice walk to just about everything downtown. We would definitely book again!

We stayed at the cabin over the 4th of July holiday. The location was wonderful and the cabin was well stocked. We loved having 2 king size beds (which were very comfortable), and 3 bathrooms plus a washer / dryer onsite. The gas grill was great for grilling out overlooking the river. Downtown Helen was a short walk and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. There were also some great hikes within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay at the property again!

We had a lovely time…only wish we could have stayed longer. Although it was hot and humid, we still enjoyed walking, eating, hiking, and tubbing

Property was clean and tidy instructions for check in and check out were well accessible and easy to follow all amenities worked correctly. My family loved the easy access to the river and closeness to town. Very walkable location.

The place was perfect. It was our first experience renting a property instead of a hotel and everything was great. Location is nice and house has everything that you need.

The two balconies on the back of the town house have a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable, nicely furnished townhouse.

The rental was immaculate and location was perfect. Only complaint was that we didn’t receive check in instructions promptly, were supposed to have received them at 3:00pm for a 4:00 check in time, but didn’t receive them until 4:45 after multiple calls and emails.

This place is a great location in Helen. Its really close to the square. You can pretty much walk the whole downtown area. Parking is a little tight at the condo for larger vehichles. Overall it was a great experience. It was just as advertised and a quaint little Ithebags

This cabin was gorgeous! Beautifully furnished and clean. I received several communications from the property managers before my checkin and after my checkout. We arrived right as hurricane Helene was about to come. Someone called me to tell me that it would be in my best interest to move my vehicle. While the river did not flood, I very much appreciate it that they would care about my wellbeing and vehicle during that time. The patios and property were gorgeous too! Kitchen and dishes were clean, bathrooms were spotless. Extra towels were provided. Thank you so much for having us!

Loved the location - Right on the river but JUUUUST past where all the tubers get out - So it is quiet and Enjoyable. Very Clean and all was very enjoyable!
