This was our 3rd week and we have already booked for next year. Cottage is homey and beautiful, beach is right there and the center of Provincetown a short walk. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Small clean cottage for 2 situated on the beach in a perfect location. Having a parking space was a plus. The views were breath taking. Owner was very quick to resolve a problem with turning on the air conditioning. It is very compact but has everything you need. Cannot wait to go back to this little piece of heaven

This was mine and my husband’s third time staying at this property, and it continues to never disappoint. Perfect location - steps from so many restaurants, galleries, and shops. And you cannot beat the view from the deck. We hope to go back again in the years to come!

Perfect spot for a couple. Beach grass short walk to the bay beach. Love sitting on the ground level deck to watch the view change! Well appointed kitchen, and lots of windows for view and sea air! We walked downtown as well as easy walk to east end to Angel foods and the Museum. Lovely!

What a cute cottage in the quiet end of Commercial st. We had an absolutely wonderful time with our dogs. Access to the beach was amazing !! Cottage was clean and very comfortable for my husband and I . Onsite parking was fantastic!!!Location can not be beat. Walkable to everything exciting in Ptown but far enough away for some peaceful down time. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing spot with me and my family.

Right in the heart of Ptown, walk to everything, steps to the beach, but quiet enough to sit out on the deck to enjoy the peace of the ocean with a glass of wine. This was our third year in a row here! Has everything we need for a long weekend away. Right on the sand of the bay to watch tides roll in and out. Walking distance to all restaurants and galleries. We never need to look elsewhere, this little cottage is perfect for us.

We had a great stay. Adorable and well maintained place, they even had some fresh flowers sitting on the table. My partner and I loved the view of the bay, the front porch and the roof deck. Our small dog loved his stay too :) We had one small issue with a leak (it was raining cats and dogs all weekend), but Chris and Raul had someone out to fix literally within minutes of us reaching out and were able to resolve the issue quickly, then proactively refunded us a night stay for the inconvenience. It was very much appreciated and they did a great job to make sure it did not take away from our experience. Thank you so much, Chris and Raul! We will absolutely be looking into visiting and staying here again!

We had the chance to spend a few days in the cottage and it was just lovely. Nicely appointed, spotless and cozy. We had access to the beach to enjoy our coffee and relax. The patio is a great spot to enjoy and read a book. Great host and very responsive. We look forward to a return visit.

Leading up to my stay, I read many of the reviews. This property is perfect for a weekend getaway for two. It was just as advertised.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Rose Cottage. Waking up in the morning and having coffee while looking at the water was fabulous. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and very quiet. We never needed our car. All was within walking distance. Provincetown is such a warm and welcoming town. All the shops are independently owned and the restaurants are incredible. Our favorite was Mezze ( coincidentally just a few doors down). We can’t wait to stay here again.

Very short walk to the Mews and the town. Beautiful views of the bay, with easy access. Very pleasant sleeping and listening to the waves.

The cottage is exactly as listed and an absolutely great find! Very clean, well stocked, and perfect size for two people. In the heart of P-town, close to everything. The view from the porch is beautiful and having the marina in sight makes it even more exciting. Just love it and will book again! Thank you.

The Beach Rose Cottage is a perfect spot for two in the East End of Ptown. The beach is steps away, and you have the option to enjoy the roof deck as well. Parking on site is simple and incredibly convenient. As advertised, the cottage is quite cozy, but you’ll likely spend most of your time enjoying the beautiful outdoor space or downtown attractions right outside your door. I’d certainly recommend this space for your Ptown stay.
