Wonderful, peaceful, walkable location! Plenty of places to walk to for dinner and the back deck was so peaceful and lovely to sit out on.

Wonderful, clean, private home. Hosts are great comunicators very quick to respond and check on you during your stay to make sure everything is wonderful.

Overall, a very good stay, house was clean, plastic under the sheet in the master bedroom is noisy and uncomfortable. No dishwasher so guest are expected to clean and put away dishes. Several dishes/glasses needed re-washed before we used them. Refrigerator might be on its last legs, very noisy. Wife opened one of the cupboard doors and dishes fell out to the floor.

The house was great! It's very clean. The hosts are great and very helpful, and they responded quickly to any inquiries. Close to Patti's and shopping. We will definitely be back.

The house was super homey and located by Land Between the Lakes. We enjoyed nature and the convenience of the little town of Grand Rivers. The host was available to answer any questions and did so in a timely fashion. Would definitely return for another visit.

This is a cute little home in a great location. Easy walking distance to Patti's Settlement and downtown Grand Rivers and a nice starting spot for adventures all over the Land-Between-The-Lakes region. Tge house was clean and pretty well stocked. The bonus is the view and welcoming committee - numerous deer and birds in the backyard throughout our visit. Owners were responsive and helpful and the check-in and check-out process were easy.

While the hubby's boat was getting repairs, we needed a place to land in Grand Rivers. This was PERFECT! Always had deer to watch a few times a day in the back yard which was alot of fun. Very peaceful setting! The owners were awesome and super to work with. Responsive, Flexible and generous! Can't recommend this cute little home enough!!

Will stay here again. Close to all the popular locations in Grand Rivers. Clean and well kept house and yard.

Clean house, situated within walking distance of the main drag in Grand Rivers. Hosts followed up in advance to make certain we were well and had everything we needed. House was as clean as one could hope hope!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We went back and forth to Green Turtle Bay where we have family, and it was an easy golf cart ride. The yard and back deck are lovely.

The house was clean, neat and nicely decorated. The best part was watching the wildlife. There were deer, squirrels, geese and rabbits.

We were there for a fishing tournament. Perfect for what we were there for or a relaxing lake life vacation. Clean private location highly recommend

We loved staying here. It was clean, close to restaurants and the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was a piece of cake. We enjoyed our stay with them and would stay again!

This little two bedroom home was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, super well stocked and supplied, comfortable beds, quiet, neighborhood, and in walking distance to pretty much everything. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard every evening and heard the coyotes, but didn’t see them. Would highly recommend.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night! This is a very nice older home within walking distance of the main thoroughfare of Grand Rivers, which is where all the fun stuff happens every day. For anglers like us, you are within a few minutes of both Barkley and Kentucky Lake ramps depending on which direction you go. A very heavy duty cord was already in place for charging batteries. Unfortunately, the car port was too low for my 10’ Power Poles even with them partially deployed, so I had to park the boat in the yard, which I was given permission to do so ahead of time without my asking. Barry and Jennifer were super easy to communicate with and called to check on us after a couple of days as well. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we are down here!

From the time of our arrival, we felt comfortable & relaxed. We loved the deck, the wildlife & quiet. We also appreciate all the little things that were available if needed!

This house was walkable to almost everything we wanted to do. Cute clean and comfortable. The old bed was a little noisy. The back porch was my favorite, watching the deer in the back yard. Perfect for the 2 of us.

We've stayed at this Jewel of a property for 2 years. I found it last year and we decided that every year when we're at the Grand Rivers Festival during Labor Day that we would stay there. It is absolutely gorgeous and the owners are so good about helping if you call them. I highly recommend this property.
