Charming Updated 3 Bedroom Home Near Downtown

This house was lovely! It looks small when you first come in but there is a large addition on the back that has a huge great room and well appointed kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Larissa, the owner, is lovely and even though she was traveling overseas, she got back to me with any questions or concerns, very quickly. She was so warm and hospitable. The house was VERY clean and well taken care of which was much appreciated! A lovely house where my high school pals from 50 years ago were able to come and stay and make many wonderful memories. Thank you Larissa!

Terrific rental home, wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. We all slept so well! And we appreciated that the kitchen was so well appointed. We would definitely rent this nice little home again!

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend in Charlottesville. The house is in a great location, close to the mall and to many restaurants. The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed in order to enjoy a comfortable snowy and icey weekend. Check in and Check out were easy as well. Overall a great experience, and will be top of the list to return!

The host was very welcoming and made sure the walk was cleared so we could get to the house in spite of the Charlottesville snow an Ice.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and clean, and in a central location in Charlottesville. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host communicated well. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was perfect in serving our needs for a family wedding that took place in Charlottesville. The location was perfect--the home was a welcome reprieve from the busyness of family events. While others stayed at a hotel, we had a home to retreat to! Thank you!

Beautiful house! We absolutely loved our stay!

Great location-walkable to downtown, yet situated in a cute neighborhood! Living room is extra spacious and beautiful. Kitchen had all the amenities and was clean and new. Great water shower pressure in the bathrooms. Overall clean and had a lovely sitting area out in the back yard!

Very clean, nicely updated rental. The beds were comfortable and the family room/kitchen in the r back of the house is a great place to relax and play games. The owners were very helpful and communicative.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! Everything was clean and organized and our kids loved the yard. It is so close to downtown and we enjoyed going on family walks through the neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone!

The location allowed us to drive or walk to destinations in the heart of the city.

We had a lovely time in Charlottesville- this property was well maintained and was located close to the downtown area. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It snowed while we were there and the gas fireplace was an awesome amenity! The host was great with communication. There is a brewery in walking distance as well as a very cool walking path along the river. Ubers were 6.60 anywhere we went in town. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, it exceeded my expectations. We stayed 4 nights for a wedding in C'ville. Convenient location, everything we needed, some thoughtful touches. Great communication with the host and easy check in and check out. Would hightly recommend.

Property was clean and just as pictured. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, central to Grounds and the Downtown mall. Not sure where a 6th person would sleep but was great for five.

The location worked well for our group: a comfortable walk to downtown and to where we met the shuttle for our wine/distillery tour. Hostess was accommodating and responsive during our stay. Beds were comfortable, and the amenities were good. The internet was reliable enough to get through a virtual meeting. I would stay there again if I wanted to return to Charlottesville.

Great house in a quiet area, close to downtown, a Food Lion, and several gas stations. We took a Lyft to downtown most nights for about $7. I got the pleasure of sleeping in the King bed, which was super comfortable. Great water pressure and had enough hot water for 4 girls to shower. Check in was super easy and loved that there's not a million clean-up rules. Larissa was great. Front door does require a little muscle to open and close, but we managed just fine.

Very nice, clean home. Nice modern addition that includes new kitchen and tv room with carhedral ceiling. Lovely 10-15 walk to downtown mall.

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our 6 family members to spread out. The host was most accommodating. She arranged for us to check in early and promptly responded to our questions and requests.
