This historic duplex has been lovingly renovated and furnished to match the age of the home. In the living room, there is a spacious 4 person couch where you can stream your favorite shows with the Roku Smart TV. Down the hall is a laundry room, bathroom & patio (cat safe for hanging out with your cat) to overlook the nature in a fenced in yard. In the fenced yard is a picnic table, fire pit and paths through the woods to explore.

This is for renting the upstairs unit of this duplex. The downstairs has an older couple living there. Your access is the left door that is white with a key pad.
