Stayed Oct 24, 2025My son and I were in the Cotter area for our yearly fishing trip. We had a great time fishing, but we really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Stayed Oct 20, 2025The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze, and the house was open when we arrived. The bedrooms are nice, and the master has a fireplace and extra seating. The bathroom is a nice size, and it is easy for 2 people to move around in it. We liked all the seating, especially in the sunroom. We would certainly rent this house again.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025This charming house felt like home! Warm and cozy. Ample room and well furnished. Beds and linens first-rate. Kitchen supplied with all you'd need for coffee in the morning and meals if you'd like to cook/eat-in. Living room sofa was extra comfy! Sunroom offered quiet area to read as well as a large table for meals or family fun like cards or board games. All rooms clean; the stackable washer/dryer handy! We'll definitely be returning!
