Stayed Sep 26, 2025This property really suited our needs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. I am in a wheelchair temporarily, and it was great to have a bar in the shower. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen set-up was great. Three recliners in the living room made our down time very enjoyable. The pillow topped mattress in the master bedroom was so comfy! My husband spent time in the den and said it was very nice. We didn't use the deck, as it was very humid, but it looked very nice. The internet/Verizon connection would cut out occasionally. It was fairly easy to reboot, so not a big problem for us. I left a make-up bag there by mistake and the owner kindly offered to mail it to me. We had a lovely stay.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Great accommodations, plenty of rooms, pet friendly. Great location to beaches. Spent all our time at Indian River Inlet North. Will definitely consider staying again. Large kitchen to accommodate everyone.

Our host Sylvia was very helpful in our communication with her. Close to Bethany Beach, activities and terrific restaurants...highly recommend this vacation home by the shore!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024My family and i got together to celebrate a crew members milestones together and we’re so thankful for the ability to stay at this home! we loved the yard for our dog and space within the home it didn’t feel crammed being inside after our trips to the beach. The outdoor shower was a great asset for us to rinse off from the sand. I would 1000% book again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This rental was perfect for our family vacation. All my adult children had their own room. The fenced yard was a plus for my son to play fetch with his dog that joined us. Great location, quiet neighborhood , minutes from grocery store and short trip to the beach. Sylvia responded promptly to all my questions.
