Charming Pentwater Home w/ Fire Pit & Yard!

Place was great, good location, good communication wih host. Our fourth VRBO in the area and probably the best.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean home, great deck, grill, and back yard, plenty to do just at the home for all ages. Beds were great sitting plenty for everyone. complete cooking needs, and dishes for large group. The host, Victor was amazing and informative about the area. There is too many things to do in the Pentwater and surrounding areas to only be there three days. Excellent memories and great family vacation! Thank you!! : )

Great stay! Easy communication. Nicely updated and very clean. Huge yard. Worked well for our family of five. Note that the main floor has a master bedroom with en suite bath, and two bedrooms with another bath. There are more sleeping accommodations in the basement, but there is no bathroom in the basement, which could be a drawback for bigger groups.

Very nice accommodation, clean, spacious, great amenities. My family enjoyed the outside seating and fire pit.

Great communication. The kitchen had all baking/cooking utensils that you would ever need. Spices and condiments were a bonus. Important to note that one of the bedrooms is downstairs which was not an issue for my kids but may be more difficult if needed for an older guest. The back yard was peaceful and located just a few minutes drive to downtown Pentwater which was charming. My family also did a charter fishing trip that was only 5-10 minutes away. We will stay for longer next time.

This is a really nice place. It’s very clean and close to downtown Pentwater. I stayed here with friends and family and there was enough space for everyone to have privacy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped this home was especially the kitchen as well as griddle outside. We also enjoyed the big hill out back that the kids played in the snow. Although I thought we would have access to Pentwater Lake, we were close to Double JJ Ranch and enjoyed snow tubing. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough room for all. Everyone enjoyed the Wii game and had golf tournaments.

This rental was the perfect house for our family vacation. The location was the right distance from everything never having to drive more than 15-20 mins to get somewhere we wanted to go. Peaceful private and secluded backyard made for wonderful meals on the deck and fires at night in the fire pit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!!
