Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a comfy king-size bed and its own Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Both rooms include sound machines and nightstands with USB outlets for your convenience.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, Ninja blender, and a George Foreman machine. We also have three coffee options for your caffeine fix - Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo or drip coffee. We provide a variety of spices, salt, pepper, and sugar. Please note, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the private patio complete with a Weber grill and a propane fire pit for relaxing evenings.

We also provide a washer and dryer, fresh towels, and beach essentials including 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a Coleman cooler, and a waterproof Bluetooth speaker.

Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and its amenities. This includes the private driveway with ample parking for two or more cars. Enjoy the convenience of a simple, secure keyless entry with a private 4-digit code for self check-in.

We value your privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process so you can settle in at your own pace.

While you’ll have your own private space to enjoy, we live in the front house on the property. We generally keep to ourselves to ensure you have a quiet stay, but since we’re right next door, we are quickly available if you need a hand with anything, have questions, or want some local recommendations.

Whether it’s a quick message through the app or a knock on the door, our goal is to ensure your stay is comfortable, easy, and memorable!

Family-Friendly Items: For those traveling with little ones, we can provide a crib, pack 'n play, booster seat, and baby monitor upon request. Please let us know what you need in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Air Conditioning: The cottage has its own separate HVAC unit, giving you full control to set the temperature to your comfort.

TV Streaming: Please note that there is no live cable TV. You can access your personal Hulu, Netflix, and other streaming accounts through the Smart TVs.

Security: For your safety and security, Blink security cameras are located on the exterior front of the house, monitoring the entrance. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.
