Charming island cottage near town & beaches

Loved the location with an easy walk into town

Location, ease of style and charm.

The property was great, except that there was no wifi, which was a huge encumbrance. It also meant no TV. While the local Vacasa folks were very nice, calling or texting the standard Vacasa phone numbers was a pretty terrible experience. We tried for DAYS to get the wifi situation resolved and every time we connected with the remote Vacasa contacts, they were extremely unhelpful, trying to gaslight us by saying there was no wifi in the listing - however, as you can see, Wifi is in the headline of this property: Charming island cottage with fireplace & WiFi - near town & beaches. There are beach chairs that you can use for the beach, although Vacasa told us there weren't any so we ended up buying additional ones that we didn't need. Things to note: * there is no washer/dryer on the property, and no convenient laundromat. * no full length mirror * not great pots and pans The property itself is great. Having 2 separate houses that connect was perfect for us. We used the outdoor shower, we had dinner on the patio. Location was also ideal! Super easy walk to Edgartown. In summary, the space itself is really close to perfect. The Wifi situation is unacceptable and while Vacasa people in MV were really nice, overall the Vacasa management communication was very terrible.

There was a minor issue with check-in, but the booking staff was very quick to reply and correct the situation. The place was very clean and the side apartment was a definite plus for our family dynamics. I would highly recommend this property!

House was perfect for our stay in MV!

We rented the entire property. There was more than enough room for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house had everything we needed including beach items

Awesome location that’s a 5-10 minute walk to Edgertown.

We had a wonderful first time visit to Martha’s Vineyard to celebrate a family wedding. Your house added to it. The location was key. Once there, we were able to walk every where except for the beach. The house could use a bit of updating but the cleanliness was impeccable. It comfortably fit our group of 10. Our favorite was the back porch and outdoor shower. Thank you so much for sharing with us.

Very comfortable, close to town, walking distance from town/beach area. A very clean and beautiful neighborhood. We went with children, they had a great time playing in the yard space that was very safe.
