Stayed Aug 7, 2025Home was equipped with a lot of amenities. Contacted owner with several issues and he was prompt to respond. Clean except the trash can outside was full. Contacted the owner and he picked up the trash the next day. Issues with air conditioner. We were visiting Portland during a heatwave. We could not adjust the thermostat, required a code. The house reached a temperature of 87 degrees indoor. When we contacted the owner he was surprised that a code was on the system But, he was able to adjust the thermostat on his app. So I’m not sure why he was surprised that he was not aware of the code. We ended purchasing several fans during our stay. Overall, a great location and beautiful home.
