Very clean and comfortable. All on the furniture is very comfortable. Checking in and out was easy also. No problem. Perfect place to stay. We will be backand stay here! Close to beach and places to eat. Neighborhood is very safe.

Property was in a convenient location and was as advertised. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again.

In July heat, glad we rented a golf cart (there is golf cart parking at the beach access at the end of the street) but walking wasn't a hassle when needed.I have to say that IoP parking enforcement is a black eye on the local government--I didn't get a ticket myself, but saw a number of them on cars parked where there was no discernable prohibition. I will follow rules, but make it easy to know what the rules are IoP! Particularly, be wary of the handicap spaces at the 9th St access. I saw tickets almost every day on cars that had HC stickers and tags. Honestly not sure why. The blue lines on the pavement are barely visible.Also want to mention that the staff at Island Realty were quite nice and helpful. We met with Anita and Sarah and both were good representatives of the business, the home owner and the area.

Location was a short walk to the beach!

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was amazing!! Very clean and felt like a home away from home. Super close to the beach, and only a little way from Patriots Point.

Very clean and nice smelling. Plenty of beds and walkable to beach very easily.
