Stayed Dec 27, 2025Host seemed annoyed I contacted her ten minutes before arrival so that she could greet us with keys per instructions on VRBO ArrivalPortal. She stated these were “old” instructions (?). I would encourage people to print out arrival instructions because no access to internet before entering by keypad code which requires internet. Place was clean and decent, beds and couches not firm or new. It was fine but overpriced for what it provided. Owners exit and enter on path next to rental unit which does trigger dogs to bark.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Not very good at all. No hot water for two days. Cold showers in December are not fun. Sink and garbage disposal broke and were inoperable for three days. This made Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals difficult. Plumbers told us we should get a refund since the sink and disposal were clogged with black gunk and goo for a really long time. Owner offered nothing. Will not return, ever.
