Available for stays of 30+ days.
r>Walk in the front door and you`ll find yourself in the living room, dining area and kitchen. Beyond that you will find the first two bedrooms, and then the full bathroom, third bedroom/den, and spacious laundry room/flex space. The spacious backyard awaits you outside, with a storage shed and off-street parking!

You will have access to the whole house and storage shed as well!

I live close by and am happy to help with anything you need, but always respectful of your privacy!

Security Hold Notice

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
Cancellation Policy Details

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment costs incurred at the time of booking.

If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates, we are happy to refund any recovered amounts (less the processing fee).
