Charming Downtown Laguna Beach Cottage-beach across street/town 1 block

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. We appreciated the cleanliness, and the tasteful decor and furnishings. This property is very well maintained and it shows. Host was responsive to any questions we had. We loved the proximity to the beach and Heisler Park and started our day there each day of our stay.

This is a great Laguna Beach cottage. The property is well kept with everything needed for a great stay, bed's are comfi, furniture is clean, its an older home which gives it a cabin feel as, there is a lot of wood grain finishes. easy walk to the beach or downtown. Live music across the street.

Clean, tastefully decorated, modern 3 bedroom unit. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and small appliances. Two outdoor seating areas. A little noise next to the street but not a big deal. Good communication with host. Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay at Lou’s cottage! The layout of the property was perfect for me, my mother, niece and two young adult sons. The cottage itself was lovely with great attention to detail - but the big story is the location! We only used our car three times during the whole stay. It is in the heart of everything! Less than 5 minute walk to the Village and Main Beach. We walked to Heisler Park twice a day! (do not miss sunsets at Heisler)We have stayed at rental properties across Laguna Beach and this location can not be beat!

Absolutely recommend staying at this property! Lou was able to get us checked in a few hours early, which was so helpful as we were in town for a wedding and needed to be at the welcome party fairly early. The place was very clean, had plenty of space, and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were also in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants/bars. Lou graciously shared Laguna Beach recommendations ahead of time, which we loved. Thanks for a great stay!!

This property is awesome and you couldn’t ask for a better location

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a toddler and preschooler. It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The house is one block from the beach in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back again. We would recommend it highly.

The home was very clean, with two king beds made it nice for the adults. And one small twin room was perfect for our 2 1/2 year-old. It was an amazing location that allowed us to walk easily to restaurants and shops. As well as having a parking spot downtown was convenient. Our 2 1/2 year-old loved the courtyard where he could play in a fenced in area.

The photographs don't do the cottage justice. It was brighter and roomier than we expected. It was a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to the beach and Pageant in minutes. The local free trolley facilitated adventures farther down the coast. The cost for being so centrally located was a bit of traffic noise, especially when relaxing in the front yard. We would definitely stay there again!

The location and property were just perfect. Very clean, very up-to-date and lots of amenities. Lou is a great host. We have stayed at multiple properties they host and they never disappoint. We will be staying there again hopefully very soon. Can’t wait to go back.

The Laguna property was absolutely fabulous! We were able to walk to all the local establishments during the crazy 4th of July week. It was wonderful to stay for a family wedding. The grandkids enjoyed the beach toys and we all enjoyed a BBQ dinner our last night. Thank you to our gracious host.

Loved this well-maintained beach house! Super great instructions for checking in, everything you will need for your stay including beach towels and beach chairs. Lots of street noise, but that’s the trade off for the perfect location. We just closed the windows at night, and I always travel with ear plugs anyway. Planned on taking the free trolley, but we really had no trouble walking everywhere, even my cousin who uses a cane. Loved the short walk right across the coast highway at the crossing light to The Cliff restaurant for ocean-view dinner and cocktails. Would definitely book this vacation home again.
